A FREDTHEDUCK REVIEW

Plot: 19/20 - And now I'm paranoid that that's all going to happen to me in a couple of years time... annoying thing is I don't really know many people interesting enough to stalk for five hours straight...

Humour: 20/20 - Causing Corey Kindle to laugh isn't easy by any stretch of the imagination. You had me laughing DURING the title sequence (Horse in the bar!) and from there I just knew it would be fantastic. And it was.

VOs: 14/15 (not including my role) - aLthough I haven't included my role in the scoring, I feel like I need to comment on how proud of that performance I am now I've seen that. Corey Kindle is a lot like me, and it's weird how roles similar to your personality work better, isn't it? Back onto the scoring, there was only one fault I picked up on, and that was that the music had covered most of one of sisch's lines. Other than that, that was fantastic, and I was literally bursting with laughter when the TV attacked Corey... Brilliant!

custom content: 9/10 - everything that was needed was there, and your trademark style overlays just topped it off.

Editing: 15/15 - flawless, and I wouldn't be surprised if I'd inspired that rolling sequence in some way.... having received a review on my rolling movie from Tippy.... or maybe I'm just surprised that I wasn't the only one to think of it, ands still, this rolling sequence was a million times better.

Music/sfx: 9/10 - Your volume levels were as little off. Other than that, it was spot on, and I'd be interested in seeing that music uploaded to somewhere like 8 eyed baby [BLATANT HINT!!!]

The wow factor: 10/10 - I'm gonna spend the next week or so e-mailing everyone I know to see that, and I'm gonna make them call me Corey from now on. Superb work, tippy, and I'd love to be the crazy stalker in your next movie.... if there is a crazy stalker

TOTAL: 96% - 5 stars (easily)

There's a light-hearted absurdist bent to TR3's films and this one is no exception. When I read the script I thought .. what the &%@..
and that's WHY I wanted to do it so badly.
The music was perfect for the tone of story but the balance was a bit wonky on some scenes.
Great job on the overlays, the cast came through nicely and it's a fun watch.

Another distinct and unique film to your credit. As an ode to lonliness this works very well. The phone calls and tv advertisers harrassing Corey was a nice element highlighting Coreys deteriorating circumstance. The moment of contact with Mimi provides a clear turning point from bad to worse. The story was nicely told with bizarre moments that never got in the way of the point.

Fred gave a very good performance as Corey as did all your va's (though fred's and my own vos were a bit noisy/muffled/echoey). GP's freakish tv advertiser and Sisch's video store clerk stole the show. Overlays and music were excellent. There were some nice little references to some of your other movies in both the music and the visuals that I enjoyed.

The only real negative for me was the editing in some of the dialogue scenes where the camerawork failed to highlight the person speaking and the wrong person was making gestures that would indicate speaking at inappropriate times. Its difficult to control these instances through edits but some of these moments could have been eliminated with more work in this area.

Overall, this was a very enjoyable and strange ride. The minutes fly by and the ending is wonderfully cyclical. It has your voice all over it and you should be proud to add this to your stable of work.

Now this was one of the most weirdest, funny and strange movies I ever watched - and I loved every minute of it! :)
TM3, I don't know what is going on in your head, but I hope it never stops!
Ever since reading the script I knew this would be something completely different, and you have pulled it off beautifully. The camera angles, the setdressings, the way the characters were clothed, the music, the overlays, all pulled me into the strange world of Corey Kindle.
Loved the voiceacting - Fred is a real discovery for me, I think he nailed Corey perfectly! Goofparade exelled at his roles, as did Biz and Kwis.
This movie has found it's way into my All Time Fav's folder - and I hope there will be many more of your weird wonderful movies to come!

Goofparade and sisch were amazing in this film. The plot was so bizzare and I found myself liking it. The script wasn't as funny as the actually characters you managed to create. They are hilarious people. All ends on a happy, yet bizzare ending.

Looking over an established cast of professional voiceactors during the opening credits, I thought to myself "how could I possibly dislike this?" Well I'm sorry to say (because he seems like a nice guy) fredtheduck didn't do it for me as the protagonist. His performance wasn't convincing in parts which required a touch of emotion. There may also have been too many characters to begin with (11?).

I haven't decided if the jokes weren't funny, or if I didn't appreciate the type of humour enough to find them entertaining. Not one laugh or even a smile passed by lips. You kinda got my hopes up with the horse in the bar, for a second I thought we were going to hear that iconic catchphrase "I'm a horse."

The story centers around Corey Kindle, whose life sucks harder than a Thai hooker during bondage night. He has freaky habbits, his best friend's a git, his landlord wants the rent, and his television speaks to him. The man with green lipstick and pigtails (damn anime cosplayers) was demented yet scary. Sisch calls in a sexy German voice (there is no other kind of German voice) demanding he return some movies he borrowed, otherwise he'll be in "big trouble." Oh yeah I've been a bad boy, punish me!

These problems gradually build up until Corey snaps, killing his friend and landlord. The cops arrest him and he catches a break in his cell where he finally sneezes. Music throughout is fantastic. Editing was creative though some conversations didn't flow together properly.

I've no doubt a portion of the audience will believe this is a masterpiece. Frankly it was too weird for me.

Brilliant ;)! The ending was, unlike many endings to films, actually satisfying as well as good. Fairly reasonable VOs throughout, the salesman on TV was especially good, and tyhe camera angles were consistently good, thoguh the one with him rolling was a little jumpy. However, the excellent plot more than makes up for this.

That was so funny. Most of the movies on this site are made by kids (I think) and I keep that in mind when rating films so mostly give out 5 stars. This one REALLY deserves it though. You have a cool sense of humor.

I would have given this movie a 5 out of 5, but the one thing that held it back was the overall humor. Some of the jokes were bloody funny, but overall the humor in the movie was lackluster. Of course, this is based on my sense of humor, and not everyone has the same taste in humor as I always say.

Overall, I recommend watching The Man Who Wanted to Sneeze, if you??re looking for a weird but unique comedy. Good work timothy_richmond_3.

A nice movie. A bit too long perhaps but still nice. Most of the VO was great. Unfortunately not the VO of the main character. It was good but not as great as the others. The humor was sort of silly but it worked well. What really annoyed me however is how almost everything was customized. Its simply too much. Otherwise a good flick and worth watching.

A very clever and creative story. You created a strangely likeable character who sticks in your head long after watching. The music was very good.

The rolling away scene was suprisingly well pulled off, despite the games limitations. And I loved the general feel of the movie.

Good work.

That was a very enjoyable movie with a very enjoyable cast (who was that with a brummie accent?) and you really kept the pace going with the plot. I like how you kept the script close to the comedy genre and the music at the right level, actually it was perfectly done. Also your overlays were amazing at the start. overall that was a masterpiece that needs giving a five star because the way you have made this movie. you have added that bit of something that really makes it a comedy and thats why i'm giving you a 5 star. Nicely done and I would like to see more from you. Well done!

god bless you. salut. gesuntheit.
man, i thought i saw this movie back when you released it. but, i guess that was the trailer. sorry i didn't review it sooner.
this movie is funny, weird, unusual, manic, ridiculous, hilarious and furious all at once. an excellent character study of a man falling into madness.
the set dressing helped push the madcap feel of this film. cactus in the hallway for instance. or the horse in the bar. the music was also perfect for the mood.
an overall excellent job. well acted, well produced, and the camera work was outstanding. the close shots all zoomed out added more of that feeling of madness. an ambitious project to say the least.

I have never thought that such an amazing movie can be made with The Movies... I wouldn't be suprised if you were nominated for an oscar in the categoy best animated short film. Really that is a masterpiece!! If you would enumerate what was brilliant, I would spend a lot of time. So i can easily give you 5 stars. Well done.

A random movie ...

yeah right - no way. This wasn't random in any way whatsoever.

It was very logical.

An excellent structure - the film ended as it began, and brilliantly the TV and the phone showed that what had gone before was driving this character.(I don't want to give too much away).

I was struggling with the story until the end sorted everything out. Good acting by the central character (and support as well) - although it was still puzzling why a Brummie (someone native to Birmingham, England) would quote prices in dollars.

Good job, Timothy! Now I'm scared to sneeze! I don't want my homework to blow up. Heh, heh, heh.

I loved concept of the story, and the movie was well-made. The Va's did an excellent job, and I'll never forget old man jenkins, no matter how senile he may be. The music was great as well.

The rolling sequence at the end was awesome. It kind of reminded me of Pokemon, or Mario world when you beaten the entire game, and the credits role, you see your character coming back the way you adventured through.

5 stars all the way!

Excellent! Really enjoyable comedy you've got here.
I have been looking forward to this for quite some-time, so i was wondering what it would be like and it lived up to my expectations, of which were very high. I loved how it opened and it is just so different, which is what i think made it so enjoyable.
I really loved the plot in this movie, the characters, music, i loved everything about it. It was so great!!!
The cast was excellent, everyone did an excellent job.
It was just so well timed and you didn't take your foot off the pedal, you kept on going and going, which is great to see!
The rolling over scene was pure genius, god i laughed so hard at that!
By far the best comedy i have seen on here for a while, i'm kinda speechless so i will finish up this review. Excellent work overall.
Highly recommended comedy and two big thumbs up! Fantastic movie overall.
Well done. Looking forward to more from you dude. You da man 'mon!

Quite possibly the most random, odd, and obscurely fascinating movie I've ever seen on TMO. I give the first and only ever "Orky's WTFLOL!? A job well done, with no real criticisms I could give ya'. Keep up the good work!

"He talked and talked for five hours... And I watched him for five hours."

Your mind is so original. I love when originality wins out like this. This is one fantastic trip and I'm glad you let us go with you on it. Dialog that was just perfect, some nice shots, but man this proves we need a new "Unique" genre.

Fred was GREAT, as was Goof, Kwis, The Biz and Sisch, but its the first time I heard Fred since he thought he was a car, and his ho hum way of playing Kindle was part of the charm of this. Seriously TR3, that was great man, I cant wait to see what you do next.

5 stars for being a truly original writer/director/composer and making a very creative and original film.

Highly Strange yet appealing and addictive is the tag line I would use to best describe this movie. You have written a great piece that is unusual to watch and you executed this brilliantly with hiring some of TMO's best VO talent.

The story was highly original and you manage to set the tone well with some great set and costume dressing. This was shown really well with your good use of Free-Cam and Editting.

It was a real joy to watch this surreal film and I look forward to seeing more from such a distinctive director. Until the next time....

GREETINGS FROM L.M.A.O. STUDIOS!

What the ****? Yes, that says it all.

As I sit here, staring at my keyboard, trying to talk my finger into writing this review, I have come to the frightening conclusion this film is like the end of an acid trip, where you just want to get off the ride for a bit and regain some composure before you freak out and make a fool of yourself. Around every turn of this film is a completely original and completely disturbing twist. As I sat at my desk, with my eyebrows disjointed in a confused pose, I wanted to shout ??Stop! Let me catch my freak'n breath man!?? Then I did. As the story unfolded into a big pile of ??huh???, I regain my posture, held myself tight and just went with it all the way to the ending, if you can call it that.

What is this film? Its a well acted, well scripted, well produced, well scored and a well of imagination that grabs you by your cerebral cortex and doesn't let go.

I'm going to bed now. I need to sleep this film off.

The Film Who Wanted to Flop.

Well this is the first time i ever watch a film from this studio. and seeing how the director made this film was great. BUT this film could of been way better.

ok VO of this was no problem. I like all the Vo for this film, they suit each any every charectors. I didn't find no problems, an Outstanding work with the VO. Full marks. 5/5

The Music on the other hand was more than Outstanding. it was superb. It made the film lively. again full marks for this film 5/5

The story well since it's a comedy the story doesn't really play much a part, but what lacks was the comedy of the film, yes some dialogues were funny, but the presentation of the Genre of this film wasn't really up to my standard.
this part couldn't get the full mark from me. 2/5

The Pace. Well with the freecam of the film, which i think was awesome, pass the pace of the film from me. Outstanding camera works. The pace was great in this film. and it have to be thank by the outstanding Camera. 5/5

OVERALL: The film didn't really excite me. But with the Music, VO and Free camera the film was saved from been rate 2 stars.
I can't give more than 3 stars to this film. I think this Director have alot of talent and I know his next film will be better than this and may get a 5 star from me the next time.

To the Director: I am sorry i have to rate your film this low, but it's what i think about the film, it's just my view. maybe your next will be more exciting to me.

That was fantastic TR3!

The story was so random, yet so funny. Fred did a great job, as did everyone else, especially Goofparade, ha ha. The music was fantastic and to me it fit perfectly. Lastly, loved the little rolling ending, top job on that. ;)

Just one thing I noticed, the tv overlay for when the tv was on didn't match Corey's tv screen. What you could do next time, is go in game, take a picture of the TV, then go into a program like photoshop, and cut out the screen area, resize it, save as a dds and viola!

Anyways, fantastic job Tr3!

I love surrealism like a bison loves origami, so this was right up my alley.
Wonderful stuff, nicely written and beautifully performed. Fred was great (but he needs a better mic) and goof stole the show, for me, with his manic salesman ?? hilarious stuff.
My only gripe, and it's a small one, was that some of the terrific music was a bit loud, drowning out the dialogue.
Great stuff though. A enjoyable and different flick from an original filmmaker.
