Nice film techniques to their song. Your timing and camera angles, lighting, emotions and many many other aspects of setting the tone of this music video completely augment and punctuate every subtle note and word, phrase and bit of meaning to this song and bit of music to this video. You totally nailed this one. Great job.

Now I know that silky Dulci voice runs in the family, and what genre can be more fitting than smooth jazz? I actually lost myself in the music and flow of images and for a moment thought I was in a New Orleans cafe sipping coffee and relishing a blues band performance. What a delight this was. I can think of no other anniversaty gift for your sister which can be more perfect than this.

Right from the opening sequence a mixture of the smooth jazzy groove pulls you in as the camera slowly and carefully pans closer to our main lead. I think the pace of your free-cam use complimented this well and this slow focus to the character changed into a music video flashback which I actually hoped for. You used scenes well and timed them according to its counterpart lyrics and overall it fused well to become a worthwhile music video.

I hope this is entered into the Music Vid competition as it stands a very good chance. Good luck with all other projects and

Nothing deep, but you did nicely to fit in a small story to accompany the tune...I was hoping to see her kick that dude's ass though lol

Your movie really made this song come alive.(well not that it was dead to start with of course :-/
The slow freecam suited the mood of the song perfectly. I liked your set dressing and lighting a lot too.

Certaintly a change from Dulci's normal M.O, Prosthetic Heart is a nice music video that is put together with Dulci's usual expert style. I liked the use of the television overlay at parts and a few editing tricks and oh yeah, not a bad piece of music either :)

I really liked the choice of music in this one. Felt very jazzy. I also liked how you designed the set ...which helped set the tone for the music.

Now I've never been one to hold back on a review and I want to carry on that trend.
This is a nice tune, well chosen in that the possibilities of the game mean that this is conveyed very nicely. Your opening with the freecam was impressive, it had a nice flow (and people that know me here should know about my freecam obsession).

There was a scene in the middle though I'd slightly question as I think it went against the mood of the song. The trashcan added a comic moment (the expression especially) that I felt didn't quite fit. Then the video returned completely back on track and the mood resumed to match the movie splendidly.

All in all an impressive music video and my main reason for awarding five stars is that in a way it's wrong of the critic to offer or question a scene. If someone see's something differently then maybe both are valid ways of expression.

Woah! This is probably one of the best music videos I've seen on this site! The editing was great, and fit the timing of the song with perfection! The smooth, jazzy tune was an excellent choice, and the images you chose complemented it very nicely! Amazing job here Dulci, but we all know that the real stars of this film are the sultry singer and the efficiently used freecam! ;)

Great choice of song, and wow, are those lyrics catchy!

Nice musical piece there. Perhaps you should show this to Lester & The Cat somehow because this should be the actual music video (if jazz musicians have music videos.) Smooth flow and perfect choice of scenes make this a top-notch music video. Check out Cruel Britannia (A New View on Brits!) if you want a change and something original.

A thrilling jazz music, very smooth. The direction was of course very good and there were some nice ideas in it. Definitley one of the best music vids I've seen on TMo, honestly, and mainly because of the new, refreshing music on TMo, at least for me.

"If it ain't got swing it don't mean a thing!"

Is this the start of the TMO jazz revolution?

Great song, I loved it.

Well shot video, I loved the slick edit in the dance sequence.

I enjoyed this music video a lot. Not really my kind of music, although the song was pleasant enough in itself.

I loved the way the visuals backed up the song and vice-versa. There were some great camera techniques in use here. As such they were used to great effectiveness and not just for the sake of it.

One thing that impressed me very much was how each scene matched the lyrics, thus emphasising the lyrical content of the song.

Very impressive. Really well done!

Good job, Dulci, I liked the video a lot. Not a fan of the whole 'beatnik jazz' deal, but I still liked it. Mind checking out a horror of mine called Followed? Thanks =)

"Prosthetic Heart" has a lot of imagination from my perspective. Great music with great scenes and sets. Some people out there might be bummed that Dulci didn't use VOs. But... with great music she didn't have too. It had a great feel to the theme and we all hope to see more from her soon. Good luck Dulci on your next project.

Pleasant to listen to and the video went well with the song.
I was seeing who of the old group were still making movies and found yours :)
