Film Description
WARNING! Do not read the reviews before viewing this movie, they may contain spoilers! Turn up your speakers quite a bit!
Rated 12 for a bit of strong language [bleeped out!], mild language throughout, a bit of strong violence and a bit of suggestive material. Great reviews dudes. Thanks a bunch.

Anyway, this 4th installment in the mad comedy corner series sort of partly concludes the series as i'm doing the shorts and a making of. The making of will be out TBA, a while after the series is over. One of the commercials in this movie talks a bit about the "Making of". It will be very cool, rest assured.

I've uploaded a new trailer for the shorts recently.
Check it out!
http://movies.lionhead.com/movie/142212
Another trailer for the CC shorts about the first few episodes has been released here:
http://movies.lionhead.com/movie/147114
Also, a new preview for the CC shorts can be found:
http://movies.lionhead.com/movie/149803
There ya go. Enjoy.

As shown in these trailers/previews, these shorts will have more plot than the previous 4 films [CC1, 2, 3 and 4] have had.
BTW, I think you should note that certain events that happen in this film, more or less set up what will be told in the shorts. Not all, but for some characters! All the shorts will be out Summer 2009.

This 4th installment includes: a very cool, short opening, 60 secs comedy madness section, Comedy madness section,
Out-takes of CC3, 3 commercials, an interview with the clown, An award ceremony and a very cool montage.
And of course, full ending credits, which are very cool and all of this is in 20 mins! WOAH! Entertainment overload!

Several people helped in making this movie, with incredible voice-overs, music and sound-effects.
I have to really say that from everyone who has involved, with the mods, overlays/backdrops, vo's [the cast], music and helping me get quite a few sound effects I needed, that you've all been a great bunch of people to work with on this project and you've made this film possible. Bravo, my hat is off to all of you!!!!

Awards:
Nuketastic and many other awards.
Hot pick nomination
3rd in comedy and 8th overall at peak [March 2007]

I hope you enjoy watching this movie. It has taken forever to get finished and i'm very happy with the finished product.
So, enjoy! Many thanks for the support over these last 24 months for this series, which was when it started.
BTW, the first one was released on February 4th of 2006.
2 years ago today[4th Feb, 2008]!
A damn long time ago!!!!!

Loved the sets. Very good use of color in that there was a lot of stark color and drastic and unusual color combinations. This filmmaker should consider becoming a painter. For instance in the first scene, I loved the contrast of the bright blue against the dark skin of the character on the bed and the light wood of the walls and furniture. This scene in particular is reminiscent of Gaugan. Again in the following scene of the heleocopter flying over the city, the pastel blues, pinks and lavenders are effective. The next scene is a contrast to the previous with stark yellow, pinks and reds. Again the following scene contrasts the previous by again using pastel lavender and pink.

Excellent use of composition in setting the scenes. Even with a limited animation program like The Movies and seeing the movie in low resolution, the contrasting colors stand out giving a professional, comic book feel to the whole movie.

Excellent film editing and camera work. Very funny sketches and lines. The action moves quickly from scene to scene and holds your interest.

My favorite part was the scene with the frustrated director, played to perfection by the wonderful The Monk, trying to get his actors to do a simple love scene. Again the use of the pink floral trees against a red sky was very effective.

Top this off by wonderful voiceovers by a talented group of actors this is an effective, creative movie.

I look forward to more movies by this talented young filmmaker. He is a delight!

Standing ovations from me man. Oh man, I dont know where to begin with this. The plot is, well ... random, but it works very well, actually it is out of this world since you manage to pull them off so well. I really laught at this, for which I have to commend you. You have a incredible talent for timing, and with solid VOs you really got me as a viewer to laugh, and that is what makes this series so special. There was alot of trendsetting sketches here. The sketch with the badguy turning the worlds population to gay people was just memorizing, and amazing in every single aspect, and probably the funniest moment in TMOs history. The music was flawless, and so was the editing. All this elements combine by your ordinary visual style that really catch the eye, just adds more kudos to the atmosphere. You have trademark on that. I really have no complains on this, it just feels, as a comedy goes, perfect and deserves alot of publicity. At least, you have my vote (isnt it wonderful?:D)

All in all, this was by far the best film in the series, and even tho you will have a brake from TMO from now, I really look forward to see what you manage to come up with in the future. Because if any of your future material is as good as this, I will still be a adoring fan of yours. Excellent work man, to say the least.

Wow... Wow.... Wow....

Where do I begin Derby. You have managed to take Random and Nuke it to OBLIVION! That was Funktastic!!! full of funk and joy!, It is the most random film I have EVER seen and I found it very entertaining. The work that went into this could clearly be seen, from your management of the colossal amount of voice actors to your delicately timed use of sound effects, and the music.. that really stood out. You had some great funky tracks that kept the whole mood light and wizzy. Time flew by as I chuckled along to numerous situations and moments. I believe this is your best work to date and hands down the BEST COMEDY CORNER in the series. You have really taken this to new random grounds and go off with a bang!

I wish you every sucess in your next project and I am glad I got the chance to see the Finale!

Nuke Well in all the Randomness in the Universe!!!!

I swore I reviewed this before, gave you the score the whole description! Wow I probably forgot to rate it right a way. Anyway I remember saying that this wasnt my type of comedy, I mean I love the idea of variety show but it didnt really hurt the ol' funny bone. It was so dang long. I loved when the old host had this big intro into the movie then he died when he arrived lol. Also the body count thing was cool. just not my type of comedy.

This movie is AWFUL! I watched like eight or nine minutes and had enough! It is not funny, the VOs are no good and very annoying, it is hard to understand what these characters say! Sorry, but this is not comedy!

I'll rate them later. This is the best use of overlays and backdrops ever. The VO's were veeerrry nice. I loved the monkey and the clown. I think this is the funniest of all the Comedy Corner series. You must have put alot of effort into thsi film. I liked the music you have used to set the scene. the colour combinations you have used are unique and creative. I really liked the sets you have used. The comedy lines you have used are genius made me laugh my socks off lol. Camera work was very good and editing was cool. I am very sad that this is the last in the series of Comedy Corner series. I personally feel that there is potential for another one or a one off special maybe? Anyways a very, funny, creative masterpiece that will in my opinion go down in TMO history as the greatest comedy series ever to grace TMO! A superb job. I can't wait to see what you do in the future. You never know we could team up and make a comedy series or something like it! Thanks for rating my Chicken 3 Trailer! Plus a cool poster you created!

As of right now im sitting at my computer sick with the flu and running a 100-and-something-temperature. I was bored out of my mind and decided 'Hey why not spend these last 20 minutes before i die getting in some good laughs by watching this Comedy Corner movie you told me to watch!' all this did was make me wanna die faster...

I didnt laugh. not once. not even a chuckle. not even a smile, not even on the inside. not once. I just sat there staring at my computer screen counting down the 20 minutes.

Maybe i just lost my sense of humor along the way of my wierd polar bear rape flash movies and perverted conversations about goat sex, because everyone else is either sucking up to you or finds this kind of thing hilarious. I guess im one of the few that dont.

May i also suggest you should credit the modders and musicians.

Haha it was really funny. The title says it all and it is extreme randomness! Overlays were amazing, I loved all of them. I absolutely loved it when it said "Censored" and "Death Count". This movie was really hilarious! So many VOs were used in this film which was great. They all did a wonderful job. Music and sound effects were good and funny. This was definitely a movie to watch because you get alot of laughs. Great job Derby.

Well, that sure lives up to the title!

Sorry to say, that wasn't really my thing, but I can see all the work that went into it, and it says a lot that so many TMOers contributed -- and it says a lot about derbyrams that he took the time and effort to reward them all with amusing cameos and awards.

First off let me start by saying it looked like you put a lot of time and effort into this movie. It seems you have done so much with it, such as getting voice actors, putting overlays, using custom sets, using your own camera, etc...
I personally didn't find the film too funny, but that could be due to the fact I came in on the 4th episode and have no idea of the inside jokes or back history. It was quite a random film though.
I couldn't give it two stars because there was way too much effort put into this film. I was tossing back and forth between 3-4 stars. I liked what you have done with this film a lot, but I can not give a 3 1/2 star rating, so I decided not to penalize you with only a 3, I gave it 4 stars.
If you ever need a voice actor PM me.

Great film.
Obviosly took a long time and effort to make this as random and silly as possible.
I do Like this film and would love to see what i missed out in the other episodes.

My drawbacks would probably have to do with the sound quality in some of the V/O tracks making them hard to hear. Maybe it was the game? If not, a possible retake of the lines could have been done or a bit of remastering in whatever program was used for editing.
Couple of visual bloopers as well, objects appearing and dissapearing.

Monty Python meets Pulp Fiction. With an awards ceremony!
Backdrops and overlays were a prime feature of this movie. The blood and death count overlays, the censored overlay, etc. Funny and well made.
And the icing on the cake was the ending montage of all the other comedy corners.

GREETINGS FROM L.M.A.O STUDIOS!

An excellent ending to the series.

CC4, starring just about everyone, wraps up the series in this final funny installment. We are meet once again with someone hosting the CC4 network, which leads in to some funny random skits. The skits are then move over for the CC4 ceremonies where awards are handed out to actors who have been in the previous episodes.

The opening credits were really fun to watch. The classic 70's tunes played on as the custom credits roll. The co-host getting shot with the ??DEAT COUNT 1?? flashing on the scream made us laugh out loud. The films editing was a much improvement from the films predecessors, crisp and tight. The VO's were an improvement from the previous films as well, but some characters sounded so horrible, it took the fun out and had us scratching our head ??What did he say???. The overlays were superb. Loved all of the random sign like the ??Not offending gays?? one. Hilarious and well written comedy. The awards ceremony was silly by interesting. To have the stars of the other films come out and do there thing was a good show of producing. BTW, we wanted the clown to win. Oh well what can you do? Re-vote? Naw! lol

Overall, a funny and cleaver comedy! We really enjoyed this one and congrats to Derbyrams for good film making.

Extremely random stuff. Good times. :)

Imagine my happiness when I finally got to watch a comedy corner movie.

Consensus: (New rating method)
A wonderfully random, sharply written comedy that lacks punch in a few areas.
(83%)

The one biggest problem with the comedy was that it was a little slow in the beginning and end, and the funny humor I had come to expect of you was somehow "incomplete." By far my favorite part was the part with the director and actors (let's kill that guy!), which provided many chuckles and a big laugh.

This is by no means a bad film. It's wonderfully humorous. There are many hilarious moments that tip the scale towards a five star movie. Maybe I need to watch the earlier comedy corner series. :D

All in all, it's a great effort Derbyrams! It hits more that it misses, which is good. Love it, love it, love it.

Great Job man U really deserve it because u got talent. Five stars allll the way

o and thanks for the comments on the mike and conor terrible show we appreciate ur thoughts and also, next episode is probably going to be the best one you'll probably ever see and me and my friend will start working on it soon. now u got something to look forward too.

To be honest this is my first time watching any of the CC movies (unless those trailers count! lol) I have to say this movie was pretty funny. There were quite a few laughs but for the length I was expecting a bit more. My favorite was the running gag of the Death Count (wonderfully narrated by Kingpengvin)
The mods and all the custom backdrops were impressive, as well as all the other VA's you got in the movie.
The only reason I'm giving you a 4 (although a very close 5) is because some of the sketches were not very funny and that some of the VO's were hard to hear or were poor quality.
But it was quite random. :-D

That really was RANDOM! I can't emphasise enough how brilliant that was. The incorporated VO's were all fantastic (the clown gets me everytime!), your mods and custom backgrounds were awesome and the idea of outtakes and an award ceremony was a smashing idea! Good luck with the shorts and CC5, shame it's such a long wait!

Thank God for VO's! I loved all of te VO's! Great job Derby, really, you have a lot of talent. As soon as I get a mic I would love to do some voice acting for you. It would be cool to be in one of your movies. Very random indeed but very efective! Very funny, and again great voice overs. Five stars very well deserved.

Random comedy is supposed to be random, but it should be funny as well. Now don??t get me wrong, I like random comedy. In fact one of my favorite random real movie moments is Disney??s Alice in Wonderlands tea party scene. It??s both hilarious and extremely random.

Unfortunately, this CC failed to grab right from the start. Some of the jokes made me smile (the Death Count) but overall I found quite boring and difficult to sit through. This was especially true during the awards presentation.

The voice actors seemed like they were having a good time on this one but some of the more ??silly?? voices were difficult to understand and I feel like I was missing the joke. I can??t really comment on the editing, because with such randomness, it??s hard to decipher what was intentional and what was a mistake.

Overall, it was just an okay film. I know this series has earned you a whole lot of fans but unfortunately it just wasn??t my cup of tea (??New cup! New cup! Move Down!??).

First off, let me apologize for the delayed review. Now, your film drew me in within the first minute, so it made me want to watch more of the film (the death count 1 thing made me laugh). Also the "Kill the Jamaican" was pretty hilarious :D.

I really liked the way you combined a comedy show, award ceremony, and brief lookback at the previous Comedy Corners. I also liked the way you used your backdrops and title cards.

Some great random comedy in there! :)

Its comedy, its random, its freaking hillarious. Derbyrams has done it again CC4 was a blast to watch and even better than CC3 which is another great film. This is an example of how things that don't make sense can still be fun to watch :p I loved it from the bannana loving monkey to the squeaky voiced clown all the characters were fun to see and the whole movie was a wonderful sequel and in my opinion one of the greater comedies on TMO. :)

The title says it all "Extreme Randomness". You know im all for randomness. But not all of the things in this movie I found funny while others made me laugh. Kind of a half and half movie. But it's probly because I didn't watch all of them. But you did make me laugh at some scenes so I give it 4 stars.

I'm so sorry Derbyrams! I so caught up with the blog and The Patches Williams Show, I forgot to leave you my review.

I thought that the pacing of the randomness was extremely clamed down from last time, which made it more enjoyable for me. Not to mention all the VO's were perfect.

That's why I'm giving this movie Pariah's Hott Stuff Award. COngrats to the cast and crew.

Finally! Sorry about being gone. I was on vacation...
Much better than CC3!
----------------Necessary Constructive Criticism------------------------
Although the only problem I have with it is the (sorry about this) length. At some points it seems as if the movie is stretched out and longer than necessary.
Also it seems that...there is nothing else wrong with it!

My new rating system-
10%-30%=Horrid-So Horrendously bad it gives itself plastic surgery and purposely commits suicide at the same time(i.e. The Baggage Boy and Britney Spears)
31%-50%=Just Plain Bad-At the same leve as Sanjaya's singing...
51%-70%=Mediocre-Okay. 513 bilion of these come in every day
71%-89%=Good-A cut above the rest
90%-99%=Freakin' Sweet!-The Beatles would be proud...if they cared about machinima

I do not really know the CC series but, That movie was hilarious (of course). Cool and unique costumes, like the ninja lady with the rag around her head. I am amazed at how many user-created backdrops you could put in there. Great great ideas, like the "Death Count" overlay. Somebody gets shot and outta nowehere: Death Count 1! Cool and Goofy characters like the clown and monkey going at it against each other.

However, I did see few stupid parts I really didn't find funny. The outakes for previous episodes like the monkey and the man in tuxedo at the living room set didn't get me laughing.
Give thanks to the people who did your VO's, the way the clown did that voice was excellent.
Costumes: 4/5 Really only the ninja-lady was odd looking.
Backdrops/Overlays: 5/5 Perfect use of overlays and creative backdrops
VO's: 5/5 The people knew how to capture their voice and change it in anyway
Story: 5/5 Not sure if there WAS a story, but it must've been a funny one
Music: 5/5 Lots of unique music, near none were from oringinal game.
Ending: 5/5 Cause i loved the ending...

In my opinion, this should've been called "Un-Funny Corner 4". The jokes fall flat right off the bat, and it just gets worse from there.

The VOs were terrible, but seemingly for the sake of comedy. It seems that you asked them, hopefully, to do terrible VOs in order to make people laugh. You resorted to the old trick of trying to make people laugh by using silly voices. It just doesn't work.

You used many old, tired jokes, like the "Death Count" bits. It just falls flat on its face.

To finish up, an unfunny movie that deserves 2 stars because of the effort put into it.
Another thing that puzzled me was the need to tell people what the coming up sketches were. You seemed to think that people wouldn't think that there would be another sketch after a sketch. It was a very odd thing to do and puzzled me.

Well, I can tell that a lot of work went into this movie. The overlays, backdrops, astounding cast of voice actors, and great music/sound effects all make that very obvious! I was really hoping that you would include a new or fresher perspective, since it got a little repetitive. It wasn't quite as good as the other CC's in the series, but it was still good. I loved the clown, he was my favorite!

Ok, Derby, I don't feel bad about what I'm about to do. You wanted my review--and I don't usually review poor films, for the director's sake. That might be why I took so long:

Coherency Corner, it is not. Comedy Corner? Well, that name is losing its veraciousness as well. To me, CC #4 is more like...Conking Corner.

Conking (adj): Pass out from weakness, physical or emotional distress due to a loss of blood supply to the brain.

If CC was a person, I'd advise him to write its will--without a remarkable recovery, he's going to die. #3 was acceptable, giving me a few generic chuckles, but CC #4 is between a rock and a hard place. Sketches feel strained, without a purpose, or just at the expense of targeting a cheap laugh. Lamentably, every technical aspect is awash with problems, from VO quality to rusty overlays.

Other than offensive jokes about homosexuals (the "gay button" marks a low point for CC), there is nothing fresh bout CC4. The 'death count'? An adequate gag turned stale. Steve's Wife threatening us with a "piggy massacre"? Childish...she would've been a grand addition to the "death count." Jamaican? Even Bulgarians are funnier nowadays...

Another tedious CC antic it to self-promote the series within the series. But why? Why are you judging your own characters through tacky, unavailing award ceremonies? Why are you advertising a "making of" series about CC (and what will that accomplish, by the way?)? Why are you giving us an unnecessary, substanceless flashback section? These little quirks take up half the film!

CC #4 reminds me of my Aunt Mae's fruitcake: it looks bad, it tastes bad, but no one will tell her how bad it really is. Thank God she doesn't use pork to help us swallow it down...

I'm sorry, but you desperately needed my review. It's unsugarcoated, it may be hard to digest, but it's honest.

Wow derby! Wow, just wow. That was the hillarioust random movie ever! Wow, I am very impressed! I am glad you told me about this series. I will haev to check out the others some time.

That 20 mintues whizzed right by! It didn't even seem like 20 mins, but that is good since I hate long movies LOL!

Hillarious voiceacting: The voiceacting was just perfect, each character was unique and hillarious!

hillarious random story: THe story was hillarious! There wasn't really a story, it was all just random, but it was hillarious! My favorite part would have to be the awards ceremony!

Great overlarys and Great backdrops: The backdrops were amazing, and the overlays were great!

Amazing music and Sound Effects: The music was wonderful! Great stuff. Also, the sound effects were perfect!

And the winner is.... THE MONKEY! LOL!

LOL yet again derbyrams you impress me. The choice of overlays and special effects in this movie is even more impressing than cc4. The choice of music was superb and i really enjoyed it.

The choice of voice actors and actresses were amazing "SalorKnightWing" is a very good choice, in which i congradulate you. I love the twists in this episode of this series/thingamagig, lol

I love this movie and again its masterful and its a masterpiece and yet again it should be hanging up on a wall, preferably in the Louvre next to the Mona Lisa, lol,but in the comedy section, in which the Louvre society are going to build in your honour

Yet again as i'm just going to say again, basically repeating myself, you amaze me derbyrams, you are such a great film director, and with a real 500 000 dollar camera and good human actors, i couldn't even imagine what you could come up with.

People instead of saying, oh that film is famous and directed by spielberg, they will be saying, "OH thats a very awesome and famous film by derbyrams"and i will believe them. The way you set up your scenes, the scene transitions, and basically everything is amazing

The, well should i say, your choice of custom backdrops are beautiful, and the mood and emotion they set are masterful. If TMO were a game of chess, i think you have just check mated your opponents

WEll done :D Thanks so much for this brilliant piece of masterpiece (Odd expression again) lol

And please please please copy this film onto a cd and frame the cd and hang it up on your wall where it belongs, no wait in an art museum, preferably the Louvre, or the Guggenheim, lol

Thanks heaps again for this brilliant film, lol, (I'm so repetative aren't I) but you see i can't avoid it because you're such a brilliant director. So keep on filming and hopefully there is or there will be a cc5, because i absolutely adore , it

PS My favourite part in cc4 is the commercial scene, lol, i have no idea, its like such a short part, but i still love it, lol lollololololololo :D:D:D:D:DD:D:D:D:D::DD:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Well seriously i better stop before i type myself to death, lol

thanks again for the god damn third time, lol, i've never made a comment with more lol in them before in my life, lol, there i go again, lol, ahhhhhhhh!!!!

Thanks again

And go CC4 Extreme Randomness

Which is completely random, lol lolololol

Muahaahaaaa!

I like that! Man, I like that! Good old ranomness as CC-watchers ae used to see. Great thing. I specially loved the quick intercuts/fast paced jokes: "Been there, done that, new segment, next joke" It's like you never get a chance to fully sit back and calm down, cause the next segment draws you back in with new stuff.

And that's very hard to keep up the whole 20 mins (I had my doubts at first seeing the runtime, but boy, was I wrong!).

Great effort here, derby, a great cast, wonderful placed music/props/scenes.

I think "RANDOM" certainly defines this film and its sense of humour. Admittedly, this type of humour isn't my favorite, but given the right time and mood, I can appreciate it. Like today, for instance. I watched CC4 during my lunchbreak, and found I enjoyed it quite a lot!

A lot of cool VO artists doing very good jobs with their lines. And the timing of the whole movie was pretty good, too. Nice and tight. And that's HARD for a 20 minute movie! So well done there.

Overall, a nice end to the Comedy Corner series (barring the shorts and making-of).

I was going to give this a 4, but your enthusiasm and hard work have shone through, so here, have 5 stars on me! :)

This was a hillarious, random but masterful achievement. Kind of somehow reminds of me of an off-beat 70's comedy show or something, I don't know why, it just does. The writers of Saturday Night Live could learn a thing or two from this.

Good job! Film on!

I'll give you 5 Stars Derby, thats for all the effort you've put into making AND PR'ing this film. You've had some discouraging reviews along the way.
You've asked me to be honest with you so I shall..
Nice Editing, overlays. Not too many Laugh out louds for me in this,
and yes, the overlapping VO's take away some enjoyment for sure.
The Humour, whilst some people obviously love it,
just didn't quite do it for me.
About 3 or 4 snickers along the way & that was it.
I think it's time to look for another Direction.
While this series went well in the beginning you just can't keep
dishing out more & more of the same. I think you should have a try at a different Genre for a while then maybe come back to this Series in time.
I will say, good job though,
you've put a lot into the creation of this flick.. :)

I found the 3rd one funny and was looking foward to the 4th. Unfortunatly this failed to live up to my expectations...

It wasn't funny. At all. It was extremely random which is my favourite kind of comedy but for some reason this just wasn't funny. It seemed long, immature and just plain pointless really. The "Death Count" didn't made it seem less than a comedy and more than a "let us kill everyone for fun" type movie. Espically the "when I press the button everyone will be gay sketch". Didn't find it funny just a bit immature.

Voice overs. These were ok I guess. The quality of the voice acting though seemed a lot worse than the 3rd one. Also the lack of subtitles made it harder to understand at some points.

Mods. The overlays and backdrops were crisp and very clear.

Music. The music was good as well I guess.

Overall. I am not rating this because I hate random comedy movies. I love them and they are my favourite type. For some reason though this movie failed to raise a smile. Though you have put a lot of effort into I'll give you that. So two stars.

Story (0) - Can't say I expected there to be one, with a title like 'Extreme Randomness'...

Originality (7) - Very different, as a whole movie to most other things on TMO, but many of the individual scenes were very old and overused. Some of the scenes were just bad stereotypical comic gags (although those were mostly from the look back on the whole series...).

VOs/Subs (6) - In my honest opinion, I was mildly shocked at the poor quality of some of the VOs. With an all star cast I expected some more decent VOs than I saw. In attempts to be funny, actors had put on ridiculous accents, which just made there whole speech incomprehendable. The female ninja character at the end was one of the worst cases (sorry to single somebody out), but a mixture of her voice, and the dialogue she was speaking made for a fairly annoying experiance during too much of the film. The award show was the only place where the VOs were particularly strong, and that was fairly hard to notice, as the award show idea was very thin.

Music (8) - At times when there was music, it was good and generally suited the random mood, but there were too many long moments without it, that really held back this film.

Editing (6) - At times it was average, but there were too many moments when the scene would just jump about or start again, providing a very dull scene. I know you put off the release for a very long time, but it clearly needed to be put off longer, for you to fix all the little errors like that. That was the main let down of the movie. Not the dry humour, or the subpar VOs. If a movie is messy and samey, that's exactly how it comes across, unfortunately.

Set Dressing & Props (6) - There was a bare minimum of set dressing, which usually wouldn't make much difference to your score, except this time I feel the movie could have been greatly advanced with some basic set dressing. Many of the scenes on the "Comedy Corner Studio" were very boring and hard to comprehend, and I think a little set dressing would have really helped this.

Camerawork (8) - Not bad, but more frequent use is required to avoid having scenes jumping about and restarting, just by simply changing the camera angles...

Backdrops/Overlays (9) - You had a lot of wonderful custom content, presumably all made by yourself, which was nice and fairly effective. The only problem was that some of the overlays were a bit untidy, and a few of the backdrops could not be properly read, but generally good.

Genre Feel (4) - The only time I chuckled was the stage when the woman was reading out the fast phone numbers. Really I expected to be rolling around on the floor from what I've heard from other's reviews and comments, but I certainly wasn't. I think perhaps if this series wasn't so popular and well PRed I would have been more generous. But the fact that I really expected more, really let down the film. I know this is not your fault, but it cannot really be helped...

Mods & That Something Extra (6) - 4 for your mods and overlays , backdrops etc. 2 for the anticipation that the shorts will fulfil my previous expectations

60/100 - I'm afraid that's only a three. I really expected to be giving you a 5, but I cannot unforutnately go any higher. Best of luck with the shorts, Cheese.

A long movie but the sketch style made the movies length seem less overwhelming. This is very accomplished, a lot of work has obviously gone into this. However with Comedy movies the important part is the laughs, it doesn't matter if a movie is a 30 second short or a long style over substance type. Fortunately this movie has laughter in abundance, the sketches ensure that the jokes remain fresh throughout. The voice acting is spot in it's delivery which is also a major factor. As a comedy movie i don't see why it should get any less than full marks. Very well done.

CRITICS CENTER & PINNACLE ENTERTAINMENT presents Alliance Grade Detailed Review w/ hosts Jeremiah & Dr. Googlestien with Reviewing Squad/WCP

Produced at World Studios in Toronto, Ontario

Feature Comment: No doubt about it the best in the series. The series shows a bright future as a TV show and it was a brilliant end to the movie series. Funniest and randomest sketch comedy on TMO!

Genre Feeling:
100%
All of the random craziness definintely complies to a major comedy movie. The fans know that this is a comedy movie going in. For peepsake the word comedy is shown in its title. The funny voices are hilarious. Comedy Corner is very successful and the series has a great core audience and following wide range of fans. Its very unique and special to the comedy community.

Movie Quality:

This series has always been one of the best quality movies on TMO and it continues in its high definintion state in this edition. Its setup like a real variety sketch comedy show. We were thrilled with the quality amount of production on this movie. Terriffic look and feel with the colors and stage setup. It really felt like you're watching a real comedy show or SNL with its randomness.

Writing/Story:
96%
Well this is not a story type of show, but skits. The setup of the skits has always been our favorite part. The one thing that Comedy Corner does a great job of is adding to the character factor bringing them great personality. Whether it be the ape or the Jamacian this is something that everyone can enjoy. The one scene of the movie taping was really thought of very well as we were very impressed with that. The shorts are going to be incredible when it comes to this. One of the best preperations out there with an all-star cast of VOs with some great voice acting on the comedy. We liked how you split half the movie for the show and the tribute to a great series.

Helpful Statement:
Derbyrams we don't what all the fuss was about from some of the reviewers there was nothing terrible about this at all. This right on perfect for us. The whole setup was ingenious. If there was one thing we'll like to help you out on is maybe getting some star maker characters in there so it can help sort the people out in the show plus take your skills to the next level for the shorts. Other than that you're right on par with the TOP 5 filmmakers of TMO including Nukester. We can't wait to see the Shorts.

Sorry about this derby, but i'm an honest reviewer.

I know that you have put a lot of work in this movie, and I can tell. The editing is very good and there are some good custom backdrops and overlays. However the same scenes are used very often, which gives the movie a repetetive feel. I didn't laugh ONCE during this movie, which I found odd since it has a rather big fan-base and considering the lenght of it. (Way too long btw) Comedy isn't just about putting people in silly costumes and make them have strange voices. It's also about the things they say and the response from things around them, it's about situation and timing. Sorry but I just didn't like this.
The extra star is for editing and music.

2 stars! //Towelie

That was the greatest CC! Other than CC1 and CC3 (I didn't think CC2 was that good - I saw like 5 minutes of it). One of the funniest comedies I've seen and from the prequels you got me watching lots of comedies (I don't like comedy)

Anyway, hope your exams go well and I'm looking forward to seeing you in July

Sorry, but my computer wouldn't let me watch it any more than three minutes

But you did a terrific job there and it was very good quality,Great VOs too.

First three minutes were very great and I enjoyed all of it (allthough I don't know the plot yet, but I can just read about it 'lol').

Comedy is one of the hardest mediums to judge. It comes in several genres to itself such as romantic comedy, dark comedy, stand-up comedy and just plain silly comedy?. and maybe even Comedy Corner??s claim to fame?.random comedy. Each individual has their own opinion of what is funny and what isn??t that it makes it, as stated previously, one of the toughest genres to judge. Where I may not find the exploitation of ones sexual lifestyle or overuse of gratuitous violence without cause funny, others may find it a bucketful of laughs. But, apparently based on the community??s reviews, the Comedy Corner series delivers what the people like and with success. So for the purpose of review I??ll focus on delivery and structure of the film opposed to content.

This film has one of the largest casts I have seen of any film. And where credit is due, many have delivered superb performances. There was more than a fair share of them however that had some messy audio and I can??t be sure that they were delivered that way or that they were victim of multiple instances of manipulation and just got that way. You have to be careful with that sort of thing. As a director, you should not be afraid to ask of your VA personnel to re-do lines that did not meet your expectations?. or explain why they don??t. Perhaps they can help with suggestions to better improve your film and make your life easier. Always keep in mind that their names are attached to them and want to be presented in the best way possible.

The editing in this film I would have to say is much better than previous installments of Comedy Corner. Transitions between segments were well clear and aesthetic to the eye giving good definition to where the segments start and begin. I was reminded of skit comedy shows of the 70??s when I was growing up where the variety hours were every other night on TV. This type of hilarity has great success based on a proven technique.

One of the hardest issues of this film for me to get over is the constant reminder of ??random comedy?? that is breathed through utterances in-film and the descriptive words of forum yester-posts and critic reviews. ??Random?? to me is having something totally unpredictable from one minute to the other in way of people??s actions and reactions, all the while presenting new and vibrant material to the viewer. This cannot be accomplished by rehashing old comedy bits from previous episodes. At this point we escape the realm of ??random?? and enter the world of ??scripted??. The second part of the reminder is ??comedy??. Despite how I earlier stated my poor judgment of what is and isn??t funny by a community standard was, we still have to follow suit and stick to the comedy architecture we are founding our film on. Award shows and the likes seem more appropriate for perhaps another film where we can provide the community entertainment without breaking the comedy mold we care to maintain?.. as well as our ??random?? descriptor. Additionally, we cut down our film view time fostering more people to meet its completed end and a happier existence.

I commend you on your bravery to tackle this genre. I can??t say I would have the guts and nerve to do so as it can be easily picked apart and means so many things to so many people. It is very apparent of the time and care you have put into the film and you should be recognized for it. However, I find that it only meets average standards. Where I see that it towers over some ??random?? picks in the charting system, I can honestly say I??ve seen others from TMO comedy giants like Towelie and Benstudios that I have enjoyed much more largely due to the care and attention given to goal driven objectives. After the long time in the making with several delays, perhaps I was expecting a lot more as the hype was being built. Spite my despair, relish your improvements over the films of the past and strive for continued improvement.

Hell of a lot of work gone into this...and it shows!

A ton of great VOs, visuals and of course, random comedy here.

Not quite sure what this reminds me of...a combination of shows really...but there are some truly funny moments and madcap characters on offer.

20+ minutes passes very quickly as you attempt to immerse yourself in the bizzare humour...particularly when you succeed, like myself, in doing so!

All in all, an excellent addition to the series.
Looking forward to the 'making of'...absolutely intrigued in fact!

Hi there.
I was looking forward 2 C CC4. I have 2 admit that I am a bit dissapointed about this 4th episode.
It is more silly then really funny. And I think that you couldn`t think of any good joke 2 fit in it.
The music is what I like about CC4 most. The editing is fine. The effects are nice 2. And what about the VO`s? Some are great! Some are very poor.
20 mins are just 2 long for the kind of humor you produced! You can make movies, no doubt but this last episode is way 2 long with the spared humor ( and im talkin about humor not sillyness ).
I was told sometimes that it`s better to stop when its best. I think you should let the CC3 as the last of the series so you could have concentrate on something different. Sorry 2 say this lad, but I´m sure you prever the truth instead of 5 blind stars.
I give you 4 for the effort but its more between 2 and 3.. for my taste. Don`t be angry now.

Sorry but only 3 stars from me, this didnt live up to your previous CC's, for 20 mins, the editing was annoying, there wasnt really anything that actually made me laugh, there was a smirk or two but nothing that really should give this movie the comedy genre

An awful film. In its 20 minute running time I slightly-giggled only 3 times.

It says something that the best gag was at the expense of gay people near the start.

Most of the film was taken up by a self-indulgent Comedy Corner awards ceremony - in which not a funny word was spoken.

Some of the overlays were good but the editing of the sound was dismal.

eg. JAZZX: Hello how are y .. CC: Fine Thankyou!

Lines would jump into each other unnaturally. This has been a malaise of the whole series - nothing has been learnt in this regard.

But that was really the least of this film's problems. The writing was atrocious.

I think this should be the last Comedy Corner - there's great film making talent here, but something new is long overdue. Comedy Corner is well past its sell-by date on this showing.

Editing 3/4 : Mostly good editing. There were a few cuts that were a little to quick in the begining, there needed to be a little breather before switching to a new scene, otherwise it feels rushed and can get the viewer a little confused. I saw you had made numerous cuts to reduce the running time of this movie, perhaps this is a result from those.
Dialogue 2/3 : Several of the voice overs were too close together. A little space between lines is needed to sound natural, otherwise it doesn't sound quite right.
Plot/Originality 3/5 : Plot? As you said this is random and lacks much of a plot, you do have a few plot threads that make an attempt to hold the movie together, but the randomness just works against it.
Entertainment 3/5 : I did find this to be the funniest of the comedy corner series, but I still didn't find it all that funny. The awards show I think would have been better pulled out and made a seperate movie, as well as some of the award show skits. It went by fairly fast for a movie this long, I guess that is one of the benefits to the randomness, but it needed a bit more.
Music/Sound 3/3 : Good music and sound
Total : 14/20 - 4 stars - Good job

That was great. The sketches were really funny. Music was great and editing too but it was choppy in one section. I really liked it.. I wish you were doing more CC movies. You are a really talented filmaker!

I'm sorry for the low rating.
But there are many reasons for it.

Editing is decent throughout, however there are ways to create conversations using angles, that will remove the jumpyness from repeating a scene back to back.

The Gay jokes are offensive. Plain and simple. A very cheap way of going for laughs. And the running killing gag, doesn't work in my opinion.

In a comedy movie, there should be some comedy. However, I'm sorry to say I found none within. I didn't laugh once... and it's a 20 minute movie.

I think the randomness angle is supposed to be just that, random, but I think you've missed the mark.

Too many jokes fall flat and too many VOs are inaudible. I can't hear what's going on with the over-acting.

I know you'll rebound from this and make something good. The others were better. Again, sorry for the poor review, just being honest.

I have been waiting a long time to see the last installment of CC4 Derby, and finally it has came out. I have so many things to say as well.

First, I liked some of the VO's, especially the monkey. Nice work coming from the cast.

2nd, the music choices fit well with the flick.

I was on the edge of my seat with full anticipation, watching this film that contained lots of humor, excitement, and danger. I found it rather hilarious, but I can also see that humor differs from person to person. Well, you can't win them all.

I can't wait for the CC shorts.

Ok, am I missing something? Comedy is supposed to be funny, you know like MefuneAkiras "Knock Knock" joke, or gKnight13's "Just Us League" , cause those are brilliantly funny, this just falls flat. I wish that something so over hyped and set up to be this comedy series that was a must see had lived up to it. Technically pedestrian, nothing all that inventive here, while some minor clever moments do pop up, over all its just a dry laugh at best. I give it 2 stars.

I previously haven't had time to view Comedy Corner before so I made a break in my day since you're leaving :(

This is certainly different from the others and quite B-Movie, which really adds great effect to the only comedy on TMO that made me laugh out loud. Infact I rolled on the floor before being thrown out the Internet Cafe. This is really the most under-rated film at the moment and certainly deserves a better chart position! I am infuriated at the bad chart system for not giving this film the position it deserves! I have nothing else to say other than that I'll miss the series, even though this is the only one I had time to review. I hope you come back to TMO and take this review as my gift to you.

What the hell was going on in that movie?

I mean, that was random but it was so random that I did laugh a few times.

THE PROS
* Good editing (but not perfect)
* Nice VOs (the understandable ones)
* Humorious
* Completely Random

THE CONS
* Some VOs were hard to understand
* Some editing did some choppy in places
* It didn't really give anything new. Some of it was just clips from the other three films
* It felt a bit TOO long

It was a great film, but there was some problems like it was a bit like a clip show from the others, some editing jerked around for no reason and some VOs were just too loud to understand. But overall, it was funny in the new parts.

But the older parts felt as if you wanted to just add some time to the movie so you might have thought "Need 10 minutes added on. I'll just shove in some clips from the others".

It was good, but in some cases it just seemed rushed. But one of the best comedies on TMO

A little disappointed after all the build up. alot of the problems have already been mentioned. My biggest problem with the movie is I didn't really Laugh. Definately a vast improvement in the editing and the vo's were great but again just lacked the comedy element for me. Comedy is tiugh to pull off as it is very subjective everyones humor is different. It is obvious alot of effort went into this movie. Looking forward to the shorts

I managed to clear up 20 minutes from my busy schedule to watch this, and I must say I was fairly disappointed with this part. You asked for a review, so I'm going to be as honest as I can.

Whenever you make sequels (especially a lot of them), one thing you must try to avoid is repetition and flashbacks to other skits from the other parts in the middle of the film itself, and if it's a finale then they're best left to the end, because when you create a whole new part, it's needs to be something new and innovative. Now, this was CC4, not CC3.5, CC2.5 etc... so I guess I was looking for new skits. The fact that I've seen most of those skits before really takes the enjoyment out of watching the film, because the types of jokes that you use are ones that work and make you laugh only the first time that you watch them.

I felt that the award ceremony could've been done on a different film, because that took up half the time of the film, so in the end the total of new and original CC4 jokes comes down to a very, very low number.
Now don't get me wrong, I enjoyed most of the other parts, but this finale seemed a little out of place, and would've been more suitable as a CC3.5.

Comedies in particular are difficult to make, because you cannot please all audiences... Every one has a different type of humor that they like, so don't expect to please everybody in the whole community. While I don't mind this type of humor (I prefer intelligent humor), I felt that this part was really lacking that sense of intelligence, and it really did feel like scenes had been thrown together. I guess that's why it's called Random, but there was something missing...

As King and Sweaty mentioned in their respective reviews, the timing seemed a little off-par with some of the jokes, and timing is of the essence when it comes to comedies like these, it has to be "in the moment".

Now, on the technical side of things, I thought that all overlays were really well done (I liked the death count ones), and the editing seemed a little more tighter and flowed a bit better than the other parts, so you have definitely improved in that aspect.
You had a very talented and wonderful cast of characters, but I feel that the lines may have not suited them. While good for the most part, at times they sounded a little bored and lacked emotion.

Overall, this was not a bad little film, but it lacked in many places as mentioned in my review, and I may have reviewed it better if it were an addition to an existing part, and not a completely new part itself.

3 stars for the effort you put into it, because I know how hard you worked on it, but it's missing 2 stars for originality as a new part and innovation.

Okay, let me explain.

While this film showed the vast improvement of your editing skills and hosted a grand number of talented voice actors and actresses it lacked a comedic edge, in my opinion.

First, let??s examine the pros of this film. As I stated earlier, your editing has improved greatly, and it shows. Music was well used and well placed. Title screens were also well used, if not a little overused. The scenes flow better together and don??t feel choppy. The voice overs do no sound choppy either, and no longer talk over themselves as we??ve seen in past Comedy Corners. Speaking of voice acting, this film hosts some of the finest talent in the TMO voice community. Each and every voice actor shined in their roles and I found no complaints in the voice over department.

Now to the cons. I failed to laugh during this film. Do not misunderstand me, I smiled at a vast quantity of it, but never really laughed out loud. Comedy is all about timing and the timing of the jokes and delivery was wrong. I felt that the award ceremony proved to me out of place. This could have been done as a completely different film, and probably should have been. Comedy films should be kept short to keep the laughs moving along. When the audience stops laughing, then you know it is time to move on. All you need to do is work on the jokes. Maybe tell the jokes to people you do not quite know. See if they laugh. If they do, then place it in film. If they don??t, throw it away. Also the blood splatter whenever someone was shot was a little dark for the comedy scene. Blood splatter should usually be kept for darker, more sinister films. And unfortunately the blood came off as more disturbing than funny.

Overall, a great effort. You should utilize all of your editing talent and step away from the comedy scene (in my opinion). Attempt a romance, horror, or another action film. That??s my suggestion. Good luck with the Comedy Corner shorts, and good luck with whatever films the future holds in store from you.

In My Review, I look for 5 things,

1) Story"Good"
2) Sound Effects"Good" and Sound Track"Good"
3) Scene editing"Poor"
4) Costumes"Excellent"
5) VO's"Good", Captions"Good"

Ratings,
"Poor"
"Good"
"Great"
"Excellent"
"Fabulous"

This Movie has alot of BIG names in the cast but that will never make a Movie Great if the Movie is NOT done well. I never even smiled as this Movie dragged on to the end. Most of the VO's are Muffled and unclear, I did enjoy the Female VO's they for the most part were done well. The scene editing threw this Movie out of time with the Vo's, in other words The lipsink was not there at all to keep this story in line, I could tell that the Toons of this Movie are NOT experienced actors because they could not even say their lines in sink to the VO's so No attention was payed there at all to find the PROPER scenes where VO's are actually spoken by the Toons. The scene editing and free cam are not done well at all and all the nice backdrops in the world can not make up for the choppy scene editing as the same scene was used over and over again, You should have used close ups when you go from the same scene to the same scene that would have broken up the choppy camera work but this never happened. Also doing this would have helped You get the Lipsink in line as it would have given You a chance to select scenes where the Toon is actually talking( Some scenes the Toons DO NOT talk they listen and NO lipsink is possible at that point so those scenes should not be used, but they were.) This Movie Looked rushed in the Making and NOT enough scenes were filmed to give the movie a TRUE movie atmosphere. Enough of that. The Costumes are Great and meet this Movies genre Perfectly for every scene. The captions are REAL blurred and difficult to read and some captions still had the center of the letter like the O's still in white and not matching the background at all. I thought I saw a Ninja with a Gun, well Ninjas dont use guns and if thats humorous well ok, but I did not laugh or even break a smile out of it. This is a Long review but I feel that this a Long Movie and Not done very well at all.

What Sweaty thinks of "Comedy corner 4 Extreme Randomness":
Good, but definitely not what I expected. Take a look at my review below for more information.

Feature Comment: Derby, I understand the extreme stress this must have taken you to make this and I commend you for every bit of trouble you've gone to! Nice work, it really shows.

Genre Feeling:

There were some funny skits - especially the one with Monk and SKW. What was lacking, like King said, TIMING. So crucial in a film such as this. It barely existed at all. But what I definitely did like was some of the delivery of a few lines and the way the Vas acted them out. Monk and SKW were hilarious! Kudos to them for doing a superb job.

Movie Quality:
75%

As I've read through the reviews here to get an idea of what other people think compared to what I think, I'd say I most have to agree with Kingpengvin. He has the most logical review so far that I've seen. You did an excellent job setting this up and getting the VAs and everything, but you had no timing and rarely did I find myself laughing hysterically like promised.

Another thing I had a problem with was the three minute long intro about what I was going to view in the next 17 minutes. I don't really need to know that. I just want you to show me the skits so I can have a good time, review and move on. That two or three minutes in the beginning was just really boring. Basically I just watched a man giving a monologue. What you might want to do is make the first three minutes the most interesting. You're job as a director is to capture the audience from the start, not turn them away or hope it gets better. In addition to the beginning, I can't say I really understood that whole award ceremony bit at the end. That was more fun for the cast I think than it really was for the viewer. I had no idea what was going on.

I see you've got a lot of five stars on this, and well, I have to agree with most of them that your technical aspects of this film were amazing. Excellent VOs (for the most part) were just performed by an amazing cast. I also think that your overlays, and backdrops, especially your music was absolutely incredible. You've really outdone yourself with those. There were so many too, I love the amount of work you put into this! - It shows, and it will be repaid.

Derbyrams Studio Report:

You??re always thinking comedy. You??re a funny kid and I think that will stay with you throughout your entire life. Don??t lose that pal ?? you??re good at what you do.

Closing:
So, although I'm giving this a three, which I know you nor I really expected, learn from your mistakes rather than feel upset. I know how it is to get a few 2s or 3s. By taking the comments from the viewers you can make your next movie ten times better and really blow everyone away. This film was good, but really not what I expected. It blew me away technically, but comically it wasn't all there for me. You still did a great job Derby.

Derbyrams' Comedy Corner series has exeeded my expectations (sadly, for the final time). Can't wait for the making of videos!! Randomness in its highest form and quality.

This was so stupid that it was freakin hilarious! Only you can pull off such random comedy like this and make it funny as hell. Very nice use of the backdrops and overlays. The voice actors/actresses were hiliarious, especially murph. Cool closing credit music too.
You worked your butt off to make this movie the best it can be, and I'm happy to say you did just that. This gets the vote for best random comedy series on TMO. Well done!

~spoiler~ BTW, I tried to vote for murpheykid but I got some American Idol contestent instead lol.

This is truly a chart-topper!

well done,

Well, sorry but this was all a bit disappointing. You know I have been a big fan of the series for a long time. I was also kind of looking forward to this movie, enough so to come out of my reviewing retirement briefly just to sit back and watch it. However I feel like I've been kind of cheated. This is a good looking movie, its definatelly the best looking of the series and you can tell a lot of effort went into making this have the best production values in the series. However, the concentration and beauty has definatelly forgotten completelly about brains. I didn't laugh once unfortunatelly, and from a series that consistantlly delivered belly laughs that is on the verge of diabolical. Jokes were rehashed, some jokes just didn't work whatsoever, some had the right idea yet just never were delivered in an appropriate way. I can't say I hated the movie as I still enjoyed certain segments, but it is an ultimate disappointment and made me realise its about time you tried something new. I think the Comedy Corner series has had its day, and unfortunatelly seems to be limping on. My advice is to quit now with this series and let your imagination run wild with a new series. Unfortunatelly all I can see is the franchise carrying on and just getting less and less funny. Good looking movie, but take away the looks your left with a hollow shell of a movie.

First off, I'd like to say that you had pretty good production values for this film. I liked how you tied everything together with all the characters and the awards show, but I must say that I really didn't laugh much while watching it. Only thing I really thought was funny was the interaction between the Monkey and the Clown and even that seemed a bit over the top at times. So not too bad of a comedy, but it really didn't make me laugh.

I have to be honest. This was not my favorite of the series. It still made me laugh but it wasn't as strong as its predecessors. Somethings hit with me somethings didn't. The one thing I can really appreciate is the extreme amount of work you put into it.
Your love and effort are apparent in your work here and I respect that completely.

Not as funny as the last three. But still in it's pointless banner to amues people it did just that it amused me. Well done CC4

I'll give an A for effort. You put hard work into the set up, music choice and overlays. You gathered many people to do the lines. But to be honest I was not impressed with the content. The repetition of other films pad this film out way too much. Comedy is not just a funny line or silly image it is about timing. This film violates that so many times.

I understand you want to go for randomness but randomness alone does not work unless there is a method to it. I think with tighter editing in both visual and script you might be able to pull off something.

The oddest thing I found however was how this series has become so insular and self congradulating without irony. It's one thing for some one to winkingly self agrandize but the only way that works is if the audience is in on the joke that the self agrandizing is not serious in any way shape or form.

I'm also very disapointed you replayed the segment about homosexuals which you were informed was offensive (especially by the person you got to help when you originally played it)the first time.

Adding a mea culpa at the end does not negate the nastiness of it. It is not about what you intended but how others perceive it. If you wish to be offensive be offensive but don't pretend that the joke is harmless. The idea behind it is rather nasty and perhaps you should think why you considered that particular joke about gays funny.

Good effort content needs work

Only the mind of DerbyRams could have dreamed this up... and of course it was funny...How do I know? He kept telling me it was funny!!!
I think the part I enjoyed the most was the flashbang presentation of clips from the other series....well done there, along with the music. A nice effort.

No, no, no, no, no.
That was, er, well, for a comedy i usually expect at least 1 gufaw a minute, even if it's a simple gag, o unexpected, but this, in a 20 minute run time, failed to raise a single laugh.
All the reviews had made me think this was going to be the best one, but sadly it failed.
To be honest, in the whole host of talent helping, most of them phoned in their performances, docontheweb was noticably the best worker here, Ken and Roger barely had anything to suggest it wasn't robo-copies of them, and the rest, well, i love them ll as members of the community, and they are magnificent VAs, but here, they just didn't bother.
It's easy to see why, with a script so smug and up itself about how 'great' the series is to care to try and be different from anything we've seen, oh look a clown and a monkey, ha ha ha. Intellectually stimulating indeed.
The editing seemed tighter, yes derby, you have incresed in editing film and voices, but it didn't help this film, where the last 10 mins are dedicated to the bet 'clips' of the whole series, meaning this addition was only 10 mins, and then 10 mins of awards and clips which have no comedy or relevanc, ooh, an ambulance, klets add that in, as it's random, and of course, random is funny.
Please please please try to add an idea of originality, the bleeped swearing, seen it before, the idea that someone will be killed may be slightly original, but it's certainly not funny.
Add a plot, something substantial to kep everything in tact, and make sure you don't veer off, you want to make it like Family Guy? Why, that's, a terrible show which suffers from the same problems as this, it's unfocused, unfunny, poorly done and has nothing good going for it.

I can see why there's still a large amount of 1 and 2 stars here, you haven't improved in idea, only re-using the old ones, and i felt the 'evil guy making the world gay' idea was distasteful, and if it was cut out, hey, might have raised to 2 stars, who knows.

As beautiful as the length of time it took for you to make! As funny as it was random. The music used fitted well from scene to scene, the awards ceremony thing was a bit weird so it fitted with the rest of the film.
The monkey stole the show as always, he just kills me every time. Definitely the funniest member of the cast for me, the plot although non-existent being the idea could have had a little development e.g. a bit more sketch stuff.
The death count was brilliant, the voice just made me laugh so much.
The making of sounds very good, I hope you don't spoil the series through it so be careful!
A brilliant film!
GOOD LUCK IN THE CHARTS!

No words can describe it's greatness. The characters where amazing and the cast was awesome, but one stands out above the rest. Yes thats right verguit, well such an amazing voice full of passion and total nonsense but enough of that crap, it is a great end to a great series. I was glad to be part of it and a thumbs up to everyone else involved. great work Derbyrams.

I noticed some of the reviews were less kind than others, but don't let them dishearten you. I've always said that comedy is the most difficult genre since people's tastes run the gamut when it comes to humor. So, in regards to your film I found some things funny (death meter--what can I say? I liked "Chicken in a Can", too), and other things not. It's to be expected. What I also noticed was that you invested months of your life into this work, and more importantly you yourself had a great time creating this final episode. It is this joy which shines through in every scene, and it's infectious. Thanks for sharing a few laughs with us, and especially for making me feel younger.

All right where to start,

Apparently this movie doesn't appeal to people like me because as I continued to watch the movie I began getting more and more disappointed. I mean this wasn't even really a movie it was like watching a terrible infomercial on TV that was not funny. Sure it was random, everything was random, but it wasn't a very funny random.

I really dislike the colors used for the backdrops and the text, not to mention the chaotic ordering of the letters. I understand it's supposed to be random and comedic, but those colors just burned my eyes and the layout of the text just seemed amateurish. There is a right and wrong way to do certain things, and I really don't think many right ways were hit during this one.

Sometimes a comedy movie can be pulled off without plot, but there is a difference between knowing what you're doing with your randomness and then just putting random stuff for the hell of it. There was no direction in this movie, this was just a mis match of different things crammed together into one movie. Not to mention that you should never, EVER apologize for a skit you put in the movie.

Comedy is supposed to be inappropriate, saying "sorry" for making a gay joke is totally against everything comedy is about! Personally I think the older CC's were better, this one was just disappointing in all aspects. I don't mean to be offensive or rude but I was getting so bored with this movie that I couldn't even finish watching it.

I guess I'm not the target audience for this movie, but wow I mean... I just don't know how to put this politely. So I'm not going to say anything more, I think I've said enough. I would rather this not be the last movie as I don't think it's such a high note to go out on. Sorry man...

CC4 after a very very very long wait it had to come out sooner then later, but it did and thank god for that! Already i can see that this is derbys best yet and the news to see him leave is sad indeed. So i better enjoy this one or else.......

Well to get bad things out of the way in some parts there were bits that tryed to be funny *at least i think* and it only gave me a smirk. But thats ramdom comedy for ya!

Different storys that were shown, the awards, ads etc were good as it includes top notch voice actors who did a very good job here.

Music was a gem too, it fit very well with the film, molly and roger did good!

Overall CC4 is the best in the series and its the best from derby. Great to listen to, funny to watch. Good work.

Comedy Corner 4. What can one say about this? You??ve done a pretty good job at this movie, since no one has tried Sketch comedy ever before on TMO I think (well, I do know this other guy who??s done a sketch comedy movie, but there wasn??t as much work put into that one).

The plot, well??.um???..it was?????.well????.random. That??s the only way to put it. That??s what I like in comedy: Randomness. You put some really humorous sketches in the movie and it has gotten you heaps of success. And as usual, you pull it off nicely.

The Music, well, it really suited the scenes in the movie. I liked how funk music makes the environment of the movie funny.

Backdrops/overlays were some of the most colorful ones I??ve ever seen! I think the color really gave the feel a ??light?? feel to it, except the death count. That was dark, but the voiceover made it look funnier than I thought it did when I saw it before.

The ending (conclusion): well, the ending was the most hilarious of the movie. It??s a great twist to the story and it really wraps up those two character

Editing: the editing was well-done and I knew from the first minute that it was going to be near perfection. You cut the scenes right where they needed to be cut and you used some very good use of the various tools available in the game, which is good.

Sound Effects: I thought the sound effects were probably the second best thing in the movie (the 1st best thing being Steve??s Wife). The sound effect in the bit with Sailor??s character making out was probably one of the best sounds.

Mods: You used some great mods in the movie. I specifically liked the pig prop and the gun. They were great props/retextures by Fraazmovies and Rik_Vagard. They are exceptional modders and you must be lucky to have them do mods/retextures. I also liked the tropical-themed bedroom

Overall, I loved the movie. There were little or no flaws and you really have a talent for entertaining and amusing. Can??t wait for the shorts and the ??making of?? movie.

Cheers,
Mollyrulz9999

However you did tried your best. In any case i think i'm going to back to my barney episode now i mean at least that is more funner and more educational and yay for me now i can finally gain all my brain cells back.

I knew you could deliver and I was right. This was well worth the wait. The precision comedy to make this all look like all completely insane madness and randomness is pure genius. Every costume, sound FX, backdrop, overlay, line of dialogue, carefully crafted whacky voice, every nuance of acting... it was all precisely put together to form the perfect package to appear like total chaos. The amount of effort that was placed into this movie is incredible and well worth the wait and the time invested in watching through to the very last second, including a few rewinds to catch little details. This was sheer brilliance. Now take some well-deserved time off and study your tail off for school. TMO will be here when you return... most likely. :) hugs!

DEATH COUNT! and CENSORED! made me laugh a lot and "the piggy massarcer". Definate worth all the wait and delays. Alright, well it is hard not to give this a 5 star review. One you took SO much time on it. Two it is ending the legendary series. Three it is funny. I think skarsten did a very good job, and kingpengvin made me laugh every time with DEATH COUNT: 4 DEATH COUNT: 5! Also, the line during the 1 commercial of you SON OF A CENSORED made me laugh. It was some good writing. The award ceremony was nice. The montage was a great way to help me remember how funny the originals were. This is a great wrap up for a great series. (I guess it isn't over though is it?) The scenes after the credits were really funny too. Great job derbyrams. This was well worth the wait.

Wow... Wow....

I have to admit that was the funniest movie of the series, a great finish to what have been popular films. I can see a lot of effort went into this with all the voice actors (I lost count of how many), the editing and the music of which was improvised at stages and I loved it. A well deserved 5 stars.
Plot(Totally Random)-5

VO's -5
