Zuerst sollte es ein fröhlicher Movie werden, aber irgendwie entstand es dann so.
Ich weiss...Intro und Freecam habe ich ein wenig verhauen + ein kleiner Soundbug den ich irgendwie nicht rausbekommen habe.
Ich hoffe es gefällt euch trotzdem.

Ich hatte ein wenig Probleme das richtige Genre zu finden.
Movie ist eigentlich kein Actionmovie.

Excellent set dressing and costume work. You used a scene I haven't noticed before and that was a pleasant surprise, especially after watching so many TMO movies. There was one scene that was used twice in a row that I found a little distracting. All in all, this was a touching video that complimented the music nicely.

A man loses his wife, his life is ruined, he cannot come to terms with his loss.... I think at the end of the movie he is taking the first steps towards overcoming his grief by sitting on a quiet beach where he reflects on the cycle of life and death and the world we live in.
I think everyone will see something different in this movie depending on their state of mind, this short movie aims to get people thinking.
Wonderful choice of music.

This movie I think contains a lot more emotion than people may think. The style tends to give this away. We get a fluid freecam at the start and the shots get more and more static as the movie progresses, which to me would indicate being stuck somewhere. The main theme is loss and how when we feel lost we feel there is no escape. The bottle can only numb the pain. The music works well and helps capture that emotion.
It's good to see you back with a movie.

Ein guter und sehr trauriger film. Ich sehe du weisst wie man einen traurigen Film macht. Auch wens ne etwas simple Story ist gibts trotzdem 5 sterne u.a auch dank der gute musik.

Na ja, beim editing waren ja einige Kinken drin, aber was soll's.

A touching film which many can relate to, at least at some emotional level. I really loved your choice of music for this film, touching, sweet, and haunting. Although I appreciate good freecam use, I did think the opening camera movements were too fast considering the pacing your music had set. At the opposite side of the spectrum I thought some of the latter static shots were a little too drawn out (I believe the card-reading scene was actually repeated). Overall, this was a good film nonetheless, and considering no dialogue or subtitles were used made this even more effective.

Vorbei? Ich dachte es passiert noch was....
Du demonstrierst hier wunderbar, wie man die Musik auf die Verfassung der Protagonisten abstimmen kann.
Die bezeichnung "traurig" würde ich an dieser Stelle nicht verwenden. Die Musik war durch den Einsatz der Soft Strings, die immer mit einer Lautstärke Null anfangen in sich etwas zerrissen, genau wie das Leben des Mannes.

More of a romance don't you think Nicki? The film was rather moving, sad. Showing how life can be at one moment wonderful and on the other side of the hill - well, lets just say the grass isn't all that green...

Well, not a lot of joy in this story... But sometimes these kind of things happen in life. Maybe a less pessimistic ending would have been fine (like just a suggestion of something new and good), but its a director choice, for sure. A maybe little bit simple story, but well directed. My rating : 4,5.

Now this was a very touching movie, I liked how it was very subtle like the way it ended, i mean you could have had the main character kill himself or something extreme like that, but no...he just sat on the beach, i thought that was a much more moving way to end this sad tale. 5 stars

The movie is a good example of tragedy, you used very effective music which really fits in with the theme and with the emotions.
This is definatly one of the films which shows that films without dialogue is one of the most touching pictures of all.

I like this very much.
This is as much an introspective movie as it is a reflective movie...
I think anyone who has experienced the loss of someone can feel his pain...

I loved it actually!
The music has been heard 3 times in a movie! Maby could of chosen other music?
But!!!!
The music suited it very much? It added a mood to the story and that's what made it sad as much as it is?
I could see the short simple stoty?
A dude looking back to when he has true love with his girl?
The story sort a reminded me
of my Ave maria? Because mine had to do with recent love
and this is to do with pretty much the same?

The camera angles were great!!

The movie has gon into my bookmarked and download files?

A touching and emotional tale. Our worst fears i think are of losing those closest to us. This was heartbreaking to watch but a superb movie. The music was perfect i felt and the scenes told the story really well. A tragic movie that was a pleasure to watch. Well done.

trauriger und gleichzeitig irgendwie wunderschöner Film.
die Geschichte war sehr traurig, aber die Bilder, die diese Geschichte erzählen sind irgendwie auch sehr schön. Eine bessere Musikuntermalung hätte man auch nicht finden können. Das Ende fand ich auch wirklich wunderschön. Ein sehr emotionaler Film, der mich wirklich berührt hat.
5 Sterne - alles andere wäre ein Verbrechen^^

A wonderful sad movie, Nicki.. I loved the set dressing in his room, everything looks so neglected.. I can feel his pain! The music just flowed great with the images, and at the end I´m not sure if there is hope for him or not..

Sad, really sad.
Mostly the music that makes you feel that way,
a very direct way to communicate emotion,
as a compagnion for the cruel but life like images.
It was a lineair and predictable story, but therefore
all the more powerfull as a tale of hardship and hope,
as I believe the last images at the beach were about
coming to terms and picking your life up again.
Nice flow, a bit fast camera swoops in the beginning
but a smooth, yet tragic ride after that.

True not an action movie .. but a very good romance movie.

Very sad and tragic story told with beautiful music and very good visuals. The end dispate the tragedy felt optimistic and like a starting point for something new.
Nice setdressing with bottles and garbagebags.

This movie deserves 5 stars :)
