Who are we kidding here? There was no spectacularily unpredictable story twists or shocking, transy drama that would make you clutch your cajones in a fit of gender~bending equilibrium. Instead we got some solid, spastic comedy, that is guaranteed to make you stop, and do a double take every half a minute, or so, as the dialogue bites into the one part of your brain, you know you're not supposed to get overstimulated!

This B-style ??Attack of?? spoof was pulled off fairly well, with some good laughs, though it??s the type of film that can only be enjoyed once. ;)

Overall enjoyment: 30/35. Some funny moments, particularly in the first half of the film. Once it reached the chase scenes, I found it a bit lacking.

Editing: 24/30. The overall story flow is fairly good here. Shot selection is fairly good, though there are some cases of people moving too far across a set from one shot to the next. I felt fades were used too often.
Music is generally well-chosen for this type of film. The voices came through clearly, and you did a good job of ensuring each character had their own unique sound.

Production Value: 12/15. Costumes and props are used fairly well. I didn??t notice much in the way of set dressing. This relies on the default opening title and credits.

Characters: 8/10. Some good characters, in the B-movie style. ;)

Dialog: 8/10. Again, some funny B-movie style dialog.

Total: 82/100.

4 stars.

My suggestions: I??m thinking you accomplished what you wanted for this. Heh. But as I always try to include something helpful, here goes.
In certain scenes, it??s quite noticeable that a character has somehow moved to a completely new location on a set, from one shot to the next. Better use of freecam and prop placement can help avoid much of this. I think you tried using fades to help solve this, but too many fades can be a distraction as well.
Also, if you aren??t aware of overlays, you might consider looking into them on the forums.

"somewhere in Nevada" heh, I get it :)

Nice voice overs, you seem to be really talented when it comes to voice overs. The storyline? I guess it was a little bit different, considering you did not have random scenes placed in a random order. I like the twist in the beginning, it was ..... how should I put this? ...... unique.

It's too bad you decided to promote this movie in the way you have and conduct yourself in the way you have on the forums.

You do have some decent shots here in the movie, but sadly this line killed it for me "I wonder if he's black?" What does that have to do with it?

You could have had something here, but the way you've slammed everyone in the forums preceeds you and can't be ignored.

Just go read his posts to see what I'm talking about.

Pros: That was hilarious. The VO's were great and a good use of freecam.

Cons: Too much fading and when you had the bullet run scene but the cop was using a pistol.

This was an ok film. It lacked originality, the voice overs became annoying, it wasn't funny at all, and I lost interest half way through it. Next time, try to keep the viewer's attention, and work on the humor. A good attempt though.

You obviously put a lot of work into this movie, so I will give you as thorough a review as I am capable of:

VO's were very clear and easy to hear. It sounded like maybe only one or two actors did all the voices, but great care was taken to differentiate the various characters, and the acting was better than decent.

Freecam was used cleverly to create some interesting shots. The beginning belies a lack of polish, but it is clear that the effort was put into other areas of this film. Unfortunately, some viewers may stop as soon as they see those default titles, so you may want to come up with some custom overlays for future movies.

The story wasn't very compelling to me. Unfortunately, the humor that was attempted in this movie doesn't strike me as funny, and the plot lacked dimension. I do not have to LIKE a story to give it good marks, but it does need to be well-constructed. More work here would have resulted in 5 stars.
