Technically Sound Free cam work is very good, But i didn't feel any empathy toward the girl, IE it would of been good to show the family together as a unit enjoying themselves, as a flashback scene, But this type of movie is hard to portray You obviously have flair for this genre, Use this movie as foundation too build on

Nice concept but limited in it's construction. VO's would have been better than subs especially seeingas there were alot of spelling and gramatical errors. The ending was too abrupt because the 'fairy tale' ending come resolve didn't actually conclude. A nicely presented film but room for improvement.
cheers

Nice opening. Rain SFX a bit loud. Excellent Camera work in the living-room. Nice use of Xmas tree prop and photo on the couch. Sets the characters up quite well.
I like the characters.
Typo in the phrase - "I can't be ture" It should be, "It can't be true"
Should have been more interaction between the father and daughter, but difficult to do without VO.
Nice Piece - glad to have seen it.

A lot of people these days desire a lot more than well-being as a Christmas present, so this movie had the right message.
Unfortunately, it just wasn't portrayed very well.
For starters, we have no background information on the characters. To me, I don't know who this girl is, so why I should feel sympathetic towards her? Who is she? With the five minutes that you had to work with, you could've surely added a bit more story. The spelling on the subtitles left a lot to be desired; a spell checker should've been used to avoid bad spelling and grammar errors. Bad spelling and poor grammar really make a film unattractive, and at times hard to follow. The editing was also done pretty well, with good use of the free-cam.
I couldn't tell what music you had in the background as I had to turn down my volume, as the rain was painfully loud for my ears to endure. I took quick samples from the start and finished, and noticed that you used the same song throughout.
I was also disappointed about the ending, sure it was a dream but I felt it could've ended in a much better way that left an impact upon the viewer as they finished watching the film.
The idea and heart was there, but it was far too short to have any sympathetic or emotional impact upon me.

The movie was nice, but it was not convincing enough to make me feel sad for any of the characters. I think everything happenned a bit too fast for this kind of movie, I think there should be a better build up to the touching moments of the movie.
3 stars is a good score, good luck with the competition.
