Here we go: a little test messing around with how backdrops can help lighting a scene; I got he main idea for the backdrop from Michael Mann films (because he's my idol): how he always seems to have a fanatasic main colored sky[line], or something. Also I finally got to try out my new punch sounds (which hurt to make :) ).
The plot in this is very thin: but is made up in action. The way I chose to make the action scene was to be stylized and confusing: just like it would be in a real gunfight (I have some idea what it might be like :) ). But the story is a guy meets a group of people to buy something (I told you it was thin).
The song is Crashed by VincentVarco, which is very cool and creates a good atmosphere: I just wish this was longer so I could display the whole song.

This was another really cool movie, but I can't give it 5 stars because there was no story, however the action was amazing.
Another great effort.

Well, I dont feel like writing my usual really long review (forgive me) so I'll just do shotly sum it up.
WOW.
Nice camera angles and movement, had lots of syle and coolness to it. The music fit the mood, and the sounds effects made me whizz myself on multiple occasions...which was embarrassing...
Amazingly awesome-o action, and I feel kind of akward giving this movie 5stars, because it was so short, but it just blew me away...

Know if you put this into an action movie you got something there. but the fact
that you just are showing what can be done and there was no real story line is why I Gave you 4 stars. don't take me wrong you put this together very well and it looked great. so keep up the good work.

I'm not going to mess around. I would love to collaborate with you on an action movie one day as I feel our two skills would combine into something special. If you havent seen my latest Action blockbuster Fire and Forget III, please check it out if you can.
Onto the review. I thought this is probably the single most Original Demo, Scene, Sequence I've ever seen. You were productive but more importantly, you were imaginative to a new level. You made all the scenes look fresh and you showed off the serious side to your talents. I loved every second of it and I cannot wait to see you collaborate with someone (AHEM!) or better yet, release a full-feature film
NUKE WELL! in the ATOM !

Kos Mini Review:
Rated as a trailer.
Comments on the lighting as requested: The use of silhouettes is excellent. I particularly liked the shots with the chicken-wire fence, because it looks so different to a 'normal' shot. Watch out for the backdrops being distorted on the curved screen, though. The only camera shot in the movie that didn't work for me was the one at 15 seconds, which is too dark. The editing and the action scenes are a demonstration of excellent technique -- I'd love to see a full movie from this studio that employs the skill and style demonstrated in this tech demo.

Oh, boy! 58 seconds of awsomeness!
Great use of the free-cam and incredible sound-effects (as always in your movies). You just gotta make a real movie out of this, with dialouge and story!
I must say that you are my favorite moviemaker on this site, and I just can't wait to see another great movie from you.

Very cool freecam & sounds, but not really a movie...
Put these scene into a complete movie (incl story) and this movie would be very good!
4 stars for this very nice techdemo.

This movie was bery plot thin, but the few comments I have are very good ones. For one, the sound effects were awesome. It made the whole scene feel more lifelike. The guns drawing and the punches were very realistic.
Also the freecam was used well, it showed only a split-second scene which was enough to tell the viewer what was happening and also added that whole actiony kind of feeling.
I would love to see a full length movie with editing of this calibre!

Very nice short, VERY NICE indeed.
You need to put this in an actual film, add a plot to this and you will get number 1 no problem.
(Let me explain why I gave you 4 stars, its only a short film and theres no story to it... But I am blown away by the effect.)

IS this a game trailer? This is really! Good! Aswome SFX, that well... Rise the standards above all movies! The plot is thin, and No Voiceovers.
But Mr. Barnes, your going places.
