Film Description
This is an original poem written by me as read by Lizard3209

it is a TigerEyes Production....

This is a poem i want the viewer to interpret, i want you to decide what my real subject is, and try to read beyond the simple verses as to what i'm talking about. My catch phrase is true, because this is a poem about life. Life navigated with someone or many is an easier road travelled than when done by yourself.

Thanks for watching...

PS Thanks to Skinshack and FraasMovies for the airplane prop and i hope we can get over me cutting out the "S" of my name because i just couldn't get the shot right without getting weird floor, feel free to call me TigerEye ... pretend i lost the other one i don't care :D and i used in game music, because it caught the emotion i needed in case your wondering

Production Note: the costume is symbolic, it remains with him throughout the film NOT as an editing mistake, the whole poem is based of the symbolics and he doesn't change because if he did the character would be to personal and vulnerable which is not the goal, just thought people should know it isn't an editing mistake

- RonH

This is a "short" RonH Review - but like always it will be honest. So here it goes:

First off I must say that this reminded me of MarkBond's first film, and a lot of people liked the "poem about life" films - they found them insightful, smart, creative, and emotional. But sadly, once again, I have to disagree with all the five star reviews here, the same way I disagreed with them with MarkBond's film.

You see there is a secret to these type of films, like a trap, they grab your thoughts and make you feel, or think you should feel, all emotional and sad; thus, you feel it appropriate to give it a five star automatically. One must not fall for this trap and still remember to look at this as if it is still a film. Not a poem, not something truly inspiring just because it has a poem and an emotional soundtrack.

With that said I must say this film is nothing but average in all sections (directing, editing, etc), and in some cases some sections seemed completely ignored. There was nothing special technically in the film and I know the main point was to deliver a message, rather than being technical; however I must argue that just because it isn??t really a film (doesn??t have a plot/story, etc) it is still watched as a film, and if you ignore the technical points of the feature then your delivery of the message can be distorted for the viewer.

I see it was filmed with Stunts & Effects, and I managed to catch the obvious ??new features?? that you used to tell the story (or poem in this case). I liked it for the most part, but I found moments during the film that I was unsure of what you were trying to express visually. The visual part of the film was not very clear and coherent with the poem; it took a while to understand what I was looking at. One moment there was a field and then a flower, and then after it was gone I realized what it meant. Basically what I??m saying is that visually this didn??t stand beside the poem real well. It seemed you tried to be visually stunning to build emotion but it didn??t really turn out real well.

As for the poem, I think it needed major revisions (mainly because I found it used the word ??brother?? too much). Although this is also part of the trick, nobody can really say that a poem is incorrect and I??m not saying that it was; however anybody can write a poem that goes on repetitively and say that it has an inner meaning and we can just nod and say ??wow?? even though we really don??t get it. But for films this doesn??t work out the same way, if audiences are forced to figure out something (that isn??t entertaining) then it really isn??t an effective film. The best part that makes people fall for the ??trap?? in these films is that the filmmaker says in the description that I want you guys to interpret the poem and figure out what I was saying. Now this is perfect because then it puts the cover over the whole thing to make people believe that they just saw and heard something truly amazing and insightful. I didn??t fall for this. You need to be precise and not screw around with the audience. Make your point apparent. In this case it just seems you are putting a bunch of words together like (darkness, hands, etc) and then adding snippets of visuals and then telling people to interpret it their own way. Of course everyone is going to fall for the idea that they just saw something insightful when really all they saw is something the filmmaker put together randomly (seemed to me) ?? Anyone could do these types of films and they don??t show any type of talent. This is why students are not allowed to write poems in final personal response exams, because they can write one word and say that it has a meaning.

I find these films a cheap way out, and an easy way to look smart. Not that I??m saying the filmmaker isn??t creative. He is very creative and that??s why I was disappointed to see him do a film like this. These films in my opinion are as meaningless as tech demos, because both are extremely easy to make, and everybody falls for the five star traps.

Now what if the filmmaker really had a great poem with meaning? How would we differentiate something that actually is insightful between that which was made in 10 minutes? The answer is we can??t. Therefore, I personally think that poems should stay on paper or books, and out of films, and films should have plots, characters, real directing, editing, and all that other great stuff.

Sorry Tigereyes ?? You wanted my honest opinion and there it is.

Oh yeah and the VOs by Lizard3209 were an even nicer touch for people to fall for the ??trap?? ?? because he was really great at reading it and making it seem very emotional.

This film gets two stars, because in some moments it showed some potential, but mainly because I didn??t have a number system in this review to determine the percentage. However, be aware that if I did it would probably (most likely) have been a one star.

What a touching and inspiring tale, with a very deep meaning. I feel that everyone who watches this movie is somehow going to be able to relate to it. It was that good!

The technical aspect was near perfect! No overusage of freecam, however some shots could have been cleared up a bit. The voice acting was superb, very good choice of who to recite this poem! Lizard had the perfect voice for it!!

The storyline and meaning to this movie were incredible! Just fantastic, and I think that if you can look beyond the text, and between the lines, you will find yourself engulfed in a world like no other. Well done with this poem! Here's *The Breakdown*
Originality: 9/10 - Poem was original, yet making a movie of a poem is not, which is what kept you from perfect.
Plot/Story: 10/10 - The meaning is great! Well done!
Editing: 8/10 - Some free cam shots could have been fixed up a bit.
Subs/VOs: 10/10 - Lizard is getting better and better!
WOW Me: 10/10 - Very good film, and a great meaning! Excellent job!
Total: 47/50 or 4.7 stars rounded up!

Summary: A very well told poem with a deep meaning. The scene selection was great, and voice overs incredible! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

** Quick Review **

I thought I liked this movie. It feels rather touching ... but then again, most poems about connection and disconnection of loved ones usually do. On the technical side, I do like the selection of scenes and use of FreeCam. I have also noticed a spotlight used in the Jungle set. Is that arbitrarily placed there on the set or is it part of the set itself? Because I think it worked wonders for that scene.

Overall, I think it's a great short poetry movie and I like it. Nice work!

I'm speechless. Emotional, blubbering, speechless. In two minutes, you ripped me away from my laconic haze and into the terrifying world of brothers, torn apart and doomed. Bitingly written, this small and poetic film is not only visually delicious, but sallies forth with a raw verve that delivers some truly heart-rending moments. Cinematically tight, lyrically lush and daunting, the perilous journey of these two brothers tears at you with intensity.

From a political standpoint, I found the film's non-partison stance refreshing; in a world awash in pundits and know-it-alls on both sides of the line, we tend to forget that our current geopolitical millieu is not dictated by statistics, but people -- this is a human issue, and every life lost is another universe affected. And though I am politically opposed to the current "war on terror," I, personally, cannot forget the lives that are lost everyday. This movie reopens those wounds, and reminds all of us that there is more to war than rhetoric, propoganda, and statistics.

And yet, this is a rich film, exploding with metaphor as the skies explode with burning stars. As the harmony represented by the two brothers is torn apart in the chaos of war, the world around them goes into a similar state of disarray. Is this film proposing that the chaos of war has finally destroyed the equilibrium of nature? Perhaps... but it would take too long to expound on these theories in such a short amount of space.

A truly stellar work -- this snapped me out of my stupor and made me recognize the power of TMO movies again. Thank you. Your film is officially pomorific -- the first of the S&E generation.

Skillfully told and absorbing, especially due to its discrete use of the free camera which you have so quickly mastered. And what an excellent and intriguing ending, the perfect way to show something without showing it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this, and disagree with the few reviews that mentioned its length and repetitiveness. I think this is part of its personality, that the viewer gets caught in the wonderful rhythm of the words and the reading, and the imagery which is carefully designed to convey the ups and downs of the mood.

Great job!!

Incredible reading of the poem...The subject common among those who fight the fire together, that put their own life ahead of those beside them...I would wish for a better choice of music..but still,

It's decent but not great. Could have been better overall with better editing, which was choppy at times. The music would have been much more appreciated if it had been custom and not in-game crap... er, stuff. Nice poem. Good work.

I took this in two ways first the concept of real brothers and the lose secondly since you started with the towers I saw More of the Brotherhood of man in this and how we lose that when we fight as brother against brother
The thread of unity called out to me with the Poem/Movie but yet iy goes deeper still doesn't it ?
I found this to ba a very thought provoking piece with many layers to investigate

Two Brothers

Plot/Storyline: A poem about life. Always touching and inspiring. Movies around poems can have a strong impact. In the end the montages we see are the representation of the words through imagery. This ends up being the narrative form of a music video. While always having a strong impact, these can be much stronger if implemented into a movie.

Editing: Well edited. Excellent voiceover. Music played throughout in background mainly for feeling.

Overall: A good interpretation of your original poem. Art is always in varied forms. This is one that can be implemented into a longer movie for more impact. Will give you a bonus star because it is your own poem.

MoMc Review

This was one of very good EP movie I saw on the first week of the EP explosion. Really, I was impressed with your camera work.

Lizard3209??s reading was marvelous. It was a nice rugged voice with restrained yet present emotion.

The poem was quite nice, but there was a little too much emotion and repetition for me. (Emotional poems usually don??t attract me very much, except for those classics.) But really, I am just an immigrant--not the right person to pass any judgment on an English poem.

I might have a little bit of complaints about the ending. There are just too many of this kind of ending in TMO and I wish movie makers would find more innovative resolutions for their movies? (I am not saying that this kind of ending is always bad. Sometimes, it has to be done.) That said, the way the ending was executed was quite nice.

A very good effort.

I am a fan of movie-poems on TMO, so I came to this movie with high expectations.

The setting and mood of the poem is very good, and as it progresses through the stanzas the story is well told along with the emotions conveyed in each scene. The quality of the VO's is very good.

It seems nit-picky, but the overuse of the word 'brothers' had a major negative impact on my enjoyment of the poem, particularly in the first half. The second half did not have so many occurences, and came across much better to me.

Overall, I thought this was a good movie-poem that expressed both the life and emotions of the narrator very well. All the best for the future.

Plot and Characterisation - 18/20 - The idea behind the poem was good although the 9/11 theme spoiled it for me, simply because it has been used so much that it doesn't have the same impact for me anymore.
I would have liked to see some deeper characterisation, with no dialogue apart from a poem you really need to make the visuals work hard to give a sense of character and I don't think you quite pulled this off. They were both brothers, they cared about each other and that's about as much as I felt I knew about them. They weren't unique at all.

Soundtrack, subs, mods and SFX - 14/20 - The reading of the poem was very well done and the in-game soundtrack worked reasonably well although, even though you say this captured the mood you were aiming for I think that some custom music could have captured the movie so much better, it just didn't work all that well for me.
The custom titles didn't work too well. I didn't like the scrolling effect personally and some of the titles had bits cut off. Maybe custom overlays would have worked better.

Dialogue - 8/10 - The poem was very good although I felt that, although it added effect at first, "like brothers" was repeated a bit too much. Don't get me wrong, this worked well but I think you over did it.
The poem fitted the movie quite well and added a lot to it.

Editing - 13/20 - Mainly good although there were a few camera angles that didn't work too well, such as the panning one over the forest floor with the guns on the floor. After the guns went by you couldn't see much else, also I think this would have been much more effective if it was closer to the guns so they filled the screen a bit more.
Most of the cuts worked well although the pacing was a little slow in my opinion for most of the movie.

Orion's Bonus Marks - 7/10 - One of the better poem movies around here on TMO. They are very hard to get right and you have done pretty well with this one! Good job!

Total Marks - 60/100
60% - 4 Stars! Good Movie!

Some good dramatic moments and nice cinematic touches. Poem was not bad and was very well read, but as a 'story' it was very slight, no real surprises or deeper level that I could see. Well done on the EP use, added to the movie without distracting, would have benefitted more from a custom soundtrack though.
No problem here with the repetition some complain of, in my opinion repetition is a GOOD thing, it gives a rythm and power to a piece of work regardless of whether it is visual, aural, or written art. Sure it can be overdone and misused but I dont belive you did so, given the nature of this 'poetic' piece.
While respecting RonH's opinion in reviewing movies I have to say he is just plain wrong to give a list of things that a movie should, or should not consist of. Following his limiting guidelines so strictly can only lead to formulaic movies and the death of great and important cinema, as Hollywood demonstrates regularly.
That said, I did find flaws in your story as a movie and found myself waiting patiently for the denoument to see if there was a big finish to pull it round.
Some good stuff in there, but a little too one paced and predictable for me.
Good effort.

Lizard did a great job with the voiceover work. Some of the imagery was quite well-done.

I think the music should have switched during the action scenes, to make these a bit more impactful. I also think that ending nearly every line with brother could have been improved upon - as poem that's read as written word, that would be a fine stylist choice, but in one that is read aloud, the word "brother" did get repetitive and distracting. I found myself waiting to hear "brother" and losing track of the rest of the words. Also, one of the opening scenes confused me- I thought for a split second that he was referring to the dog as being like his brother. Didn't take long for the other character to people, so this was quickly fixed, but it did take me out of the poem for a moment.

I really liked the poem, very touching and I can connect to it on many levels. I do think that the visual could have been more stronger with a few set changes to tie in all wars past and present. Perhaps with some scenes shot in the civil war, one in a snow scape, the jungle of course and also the desert, maybe even in the german uniforms as well. But timing might be tricky with that as well. I still very touching and well done.

This movie, while it may hold meaning for other reviewers and certainly the author, failed to stimulate my mind or emotions ( or those of my wife). I couldn;t capture whatever it was you were trying to convey, other than a sense of loss. No discredit to you, but perhaps this was best as a poem rather than being translated into visual prose.

Nonetheless, while being void of anything spectacular, it does lack technical or audio shortcomings. 3 stars.

I watched the film and found myself in the deep emotion of the spirit by which it was made. I also read some of the reviews including the one that mentioned that we should not fall into the trap giving a five star because of how it made you feel initially.

I have to disagree with this opinion as he disagrees with the other fivestar reviews. Whether it be feature length film, peom, music video or what have you, the point of any of our films is to connect with the viewer.

Some films have been marked for brilliance because of their technical prowess, which is good because they connect to those who identify that as the pinaccle of films. But there are other films be they in TMO or in the box office that attach to people not because they are the most technically sound film or use the greatest effect, but because they grab your heart and reach you on a deeper level.
I've given this film the rating I did because I could identify with it and it's messege. It connected to me with many of my life experiences. I don't see that as a pitfall or trap, but rather a good story teller able to reach his audience.

Critic's Guild review-
Well, to be honest, I'm not a big fan of the movie 'poem' fad going on at the moment. Unfortunately, this is no exception, I found it tedious and had to make myself pay attention. The VOs were well done, the scene selection and editing was OK, and the music suited the movie well.

Wow, I'am still touched by your poem movie. You did a wonderful job with the visualization of the poem. You have catched the right scenes to the spoken words. It even gives the poem a little patriotic touch. The editing is well done as also the use of the free cam is well chosen. The VO's are perfectly spoken and together with the music, even it's in-game music, it gives a big boost to the atmosphere of the movie.
5 stars from for this short touching intense poem movie. :)

The poem was beautiful and the footage followed it well. Very well done. It mnight have been more interesting, or eye catching, if the poem followed more of a storyline. But I liked the last words at the end when the music faded and the last words of the poem were read. Awsome job.

This is an MESMEP hot picker review. Forgive its brevity but I injured my arm and have to type one-handed.

This was a beautifully felt poem, although I did occasionally lose the thread of where it was going. Poem movies are trickier to judge because they do not always fit neatly into our review requirements, and this one is no exception. You tried to tell a story with this poem, and somewhat succeeded. It was a simple one, to say the least, but one that came from the heart and for that I must score you high. Lizard's reading of it, while basically all right, seemed a little stilted at times (a rare occurrence for him indeed!); this gave the movie an almost "read" quality which I felt was somewhat at odds with the scenes being portrayed. I was pleased, by the way, to see that you did not allow the free cam to control how you made the film, a skill which has eluded some other directors. That said, your editing seemed uneven throughout, some scenes were cut so short that they were barely visible while others seemed either too long or, in one case, completely inexplicable. The editing really broke the flow of the movie for me, which negatively affected my overall enjoyment of the film.

Score:
Originality -- 10/10
Plot/Story -- 8/10
Dialogue -- 7/10
Editing -- 6/10
"Wow" Factor -- 7.5/10
Overall score -- 77%

I'm sorry to say I cannot recommend this film for the Excellence Plaque. I am only one judge, however, and may yet be outvoted. Good luck with the rest of the judging.

This is a "short" RonH Review - but like always it will be honest. So here it goes:

excellent, i really liked the poignant words of the film, short and effective, but surely that is the point of a poem.

nice level of editing and well focused script drives this along nicely

good job

Excellent...wonderful poem...wonderful movie.

Great to see S and E in use...but not overused.
Lizard, as always was an awesome choice for the reading and the poem itself was truly inspiring.

I've seen a few poems made into movies here on TMO, but this one is now at the top of that list for me.

Great work.

Excellent!!! Kudos to you for writing something so powerful and moving. Being a former U.S. Marine, I can relate to this. A brother is more than just a biological relationship. A brother can be a close friend. The term 'Brothers in Arms' is just that, not a blood bond but a physcological and emotional bond.
Very good work with scene selections and camera angles. You deserve the 5 stars.

This was the best movie on TMO. I felt your message. That movie makes me want to turn my own poems into movies. Good Job!

Critics Center Review

I'll start this off by saying tis was most definately the most intriguing movie i have seen made with Stunts and Effects and it really did come extremely close to getting a five star rating. But unfortunately to me this movie did get strangely repetetive in the middle section. I know it is poetry and poetry does have to have some repetition in it, but i nearly screamed the amount of time the narrator said the word brothers. Honestlly it did become pretty agonizing at one point, i just nearly screamed, i anted him to say something other than about brothers! But this movie did have a hell of a lot of stuff going for it.

Before i go slightly more in depth about the stuff in this movie i didn't like i will start off with all of the stuff that i really did like about this movie. Well this movie was deeply touching to me, i myself have a brother, can't stand him personally but i'm sure i'd be sad in the same situation these two went through. The opening video camera footage made the movie hit home a bit more, you were seeing the good times through a video camera, i always find stuff like that pretty powerful, much more so than if you simply watched the movie as it came. I also liked what you did with the tower and the plane, was this a nod at the Two Towers? Whether it was or not it once again it hit a very strong cord and gave this movie so much more power. The war scenes were also pretty powerful, the action looked especially cool but it never overpowered the rest of the movie, it was there simply to show off the true horror of the situation, once again it hit an extremely powerful chord and worked very well for me. Much more so when i acually think about it. The final scenes, the ones by the grave, were very, very good as well. The snowy effect was a nice little touch even if it wouldn't have mattered if it had been a simple grave. It was the poem that overtook these scenes, it was sad and powerful and deeply touching. And the one final scene, the shaking hands, just added a cherry on top, it concluded the movie in a n extremely nice way.

Of course as you can see by my rating i did notice some flaws in this movie. Unfortunately as i previously mentioned the middle section, just after the war bit actually, was annoying. Not so much the scenes but the voice over continuously droning on about brothers, i fealt these final scenes might have had a little bit more impact with a silence, perhaps one verce every so often but just plain silence. It might have given the final section of this movie an extra oomph that i fealt the narration seemed to suck away from it. I also fealt there was slightly more that could have been done with this movie, perhaps more time with the brothers at the beggining could really have given this a more emotional oomph to it as well. Just a few more scenes of the good times, i fealt it rushed the powerful images at the beggining and sort of rushed slightly to the sadder sections, while these sections were extremely well executed they never really topped the movie like they should have done.

Overall an extremely high four star movie that i really did consider giving a five star rating too. Unfortunately these small flaws amounted to an annoying decision to give this a four. A deeply touching movie and easily the second best stunts and effects movie i have seen so far.

This was a good emotional movie Tiger. Nice editing. The music was perfect. I really liked Lizard as the nar. But some of the lines just seemed uncalled for. Alot of brother used. When other things could of been said. Good show though still. Nice work Tiger.

This film is great. It personally affects me because I too was in the military and was affected by the outcome of the situations that have happened. As a brother in arms, I can empathize with your pain more than you know.

The troops fight for a cause that is justifiable. While the media can misconstrue all of it and turn it into something completely opposite (as the media has labled the military and its actions all apart of the current administration and whatever faults the media portays), we all believe in something more worth fighting and dying for... because I guarantee no single soldier would risking his or her life out there so the oil executives can get richer... and I am sure the American people would rather pay a few extra dollars at the pump than see the loss of American lives so we can save some chump change at the pumps.

I have gone into a mode where I no longer speak of any of my experiences with my service, and only my close friends and family know my circumstances and my experiences. I guess many just do not understand the mindset a military member possesses or the pride placed in the comradery of fellow soldiers. Instead, there are some who criticize and will never understand any of it. I guess I do not expect them to... sometimes I do not think my wife even understands some of the things I go through.

Will there ever be peace over there, who is to say. However, if fighting in a war can provide a soldier with a noble cause that means providing the Iraqi people with a brief moment to experience and know what freedom is like after centuries of war and oppression, then that is the mission soldiers believe they have fought and died for, not for the sake of oil. Democracy may not prevail over there, but knowing we served to make an attempt at providing a better place for the Iraqi people, and that we as a nation possessed the determination to lay a foundation so that their future generations may prevail in a healthy society long after we have departed, then we can believe we did the right thing.

A good little poem tiger. Excellent narration by lizard. :)

It had a nice little poetic touch to the whole thing, I thought the overall choice of scenes was very good too.

Good movie. Good poem. Sometimes the narration felt like it was a little off with the movie. Also, when the soldier was home there should've been a costume change there. Overall, though, this was a good poem transfered to movie.

This is a review for your attempt at recieving a MovieWood E! Star Movie Excellence Plaque and a Hot Pick nomination... good luck.

Originality -- 10/10
An original poem, full marks is the only option

Plot/Story -- 10/10
Again full marks. Being that it is a poem the images work well, really well to portray emotion and overall effectiveness of the story within.

Dialogue/VO -- 9/10
Mosy VO's were really good, caught some end noise that I noticed. With something this emotional, ALL voice needs to be 100% for complete effect. Still I would say 95% was.

Editing -- 7/10
Here is where you lose marks... and it is the opening credits.... the names were too long for the screen... If I didn't know who was who from my time here in TMO City, I wouldn't of known who was who. The scene with the two rifles were ok, the scene with the two helmets wasn't... closer would of been better. I might be getting older and my eyes are failing, but I don't quite think so.

"WOW ME" Factor -- 10/10
Sometimes it is a real treat to watch a movie that can reach inside and twist your emotions. This is what you have created here. I felt choked up and you turned up the dial when, near the end, you heard a gun [not-so-nice-word!]... If that is what I thought it meant, the two brothers will be united again.... emotional.

I have no choice but to give my 5 stars and thus a vote that your movie recieve a MSMEP and a Hot Pick nomination. There are other reviewers to review your movie. Good luck...

Very touching poem indeed. My brother is going to the U.S. Airforce and I'm with him all the way.

Anyway, I love the poem, the writing was flawless.

The editing and camera angles were nice to see. The fact that this wasn't an action movie made with SE was also good to see.

Great Work tiger.

This was a good movie tiger! I really liked it! I must be honest though and say I would have given it 4 stars if it wasn't for the plane scene! I thought that the plane scene was awesome! I never ever imagined doing something like that! Great idea! So, for that, you got my 5-stars!

I didn't think I liked poem movies, but I find that they are put together by people who think a little more deeply than the meaningless flash and bang of simple visuals. This is one of those films that stir the emotions and gives the mind a bit of mental substance to chew on and contemplate.

Excellent work.

First off, the poem I found excellent. Not normally one to get excited about something like this, but the combination of the lyrics and the scene selection was all nicely combined and helped create a real sense of emotion which I really thought was fitting.

Great choice on Lizard for the Vo work, he was perfect for the role.

This is excellent and the first Stunts and Effects movie I've watched - a little bit of history right there :)

Nice work Tiger!

That was a very good and touching movie. It touched me especially because I am an aspiring Marine so one day i may be faced with that stuff. Excellent use of mods, I think it was my first time seeing a plane in a building here. I could really relate to these 2 brothers who had the strong desire to fight for their country as I do. Like in other reviews nice use of the camera using Freecam and good choice of scenes. You are a good writer and movie maker. I am currently working on a Vietnam era epic and it should be emotional but not as emotional as this Poem/movie(feel free to check out the trailer). Only pet pevee was it being historically inaccurate with the 2 brothers fighting side by side. That policy was abolished a long time ago and this movie is a perfect example of why it was abolished. However, that is something minor so im not going to dock you a star cause this was truly a 5 star movie

A wondeful poem that played well with the scenes you choose, the camera angles were tight, and the movie was solid. I did think that the word "borther" was said to much though, but it's OK, becuase thats where the point is. I like it, very important point you made, a movie that I'll remember for a while. :D

A great and deep film, I think what I really liked was the focus on what was to be said and not 'oooh look at all the cool effects I can do now' which I have seen for some films with stunts and effects. Yet the effects used were well placed and done. VO was very good with out it the film would not of held anything really the images and VO worked well. Oh Salute to your poetic skills too.

Nice work!

For this movie i wont do my usual review as this film i feel doesnt need it

It was a very emotional film set during these times of woh and sadness of 2 brothers together in life and battle.
Also having a brother who was in Northern Ireland during the troubles, i can sort of understand the feelings.
wholeheartedly deserves a five star

The good: A very touching movie. This shows how evil war really is. It can tear apart someone's very soul. It also shows how great bonds of freindship are formed in dark times.

The bad: Nothing! This film left me nothing to criticise! :o

Overall: A great movie, no flaws. :)

Great job!!

A moving poem, very well voiced, and what makes it especially good is that you've used the tools in Stunts and Effects without overusing them - they enhance the mood, rather than draw attention to themselves.
