Film Description
Horror. Voice Overs. Unique Music & Costumes!

This is a Test demo of the soon to be released THE SHINE OF YELLOW EYES, a gialli inspired American thriller/horror & whodunit all wrapped into one. This isn't a trailer so much as it is a scene from the movie.

>>RPOSHARD informed me that this sounds "done before", but he wasn't sure yet, so he was eager to actually see the movie. I blame this "done before" part on the very general description I gave, so below is a redux. The plot has many twists, so don't read too much into the descriptions below. This isn't even the 10th of it...

---When a serial killer starts roaming the streets, Aiden Sager ends up becoming witness to a heinous crime where illusions manifest their ugly head... Tiffany Rhodes, only a stage director student, finds herself standing drenched in blood in a darkened theater. After Aiden becomes unsatisfied with the official explanation of the murder, based on a couple glimpses that the serial killer affords him, he runs afoul of the police investigation and discovers that there may be two killers... And Tiffany may be marked as a target. Is it the Twins? Another student? Gafna, the street urchin who claims to have watched one of the murders? Find out real soon in THE SHINE OF YELLOW EYES!!!

>>In the true sense of the words, this will be mostly a whodunit with a lot more violance than usually what happens in mystery stories, but the gialli uses a different sort of cleverness than mysteries do and I think I've come up with a good one. Find out for yourself real soon!

*******NOTES ON CERTAIN MISTAKES*******

There are two main mistakes that show up in this demo...

(1) Aiden calls his girlfriend on the phone "Vanessa". Actually Vanessa is the Star's name, not the character's name. Her name is Tiffany. If you watch the credits and the "phone scene" you'll see what I mean.

(2) You'll need to turn your sound up a bit to hear the Prostitute talking. This happened because I needed to alter my own voice for her character (because my female talent wasn't around for this demo) and I didn't get the volume up high enough on her. This will be fixed because there will be a woman's voice actually speaking for her!

That said, some editing issues aside, I hope this test demo will get your paletes wet for the actual release of the movie.

Well I cant use the review scheme for this "teaser." Dont know if your looking for feedback or what here. This is enough to get the viewer interested though. Ill bookmark your studio and honestly cant wait to see whats in store. Seems like you have a good orginal story working here. In the future I think it would be cool (if you were to do something like this again) to open up with a director talking to the audience...kinda like a "the shooting of special" like on most features sections of dvd's. Im going to give this a 4 just because you sparked my interest enough to bookmark you. Good job. This "teaser" does have an eerie feel to it. SOmething I like. (and you already stated the flaws that I agreed with watching it so nothing else to really hit on..besides I cant wait to see the actual storyline!)

I really loved what I saw. There was custom music and costumes that were really awesome. The only problem is that I can't rate this as a movie for like you said it is one scene but when this movie does come out I will makes sure to see it. 3 stars. I hope to see more soon.

For a demo movie, it was great. But I can't give it 5 stars as it cannot stand alone. I do however want to see the full movie. Great job!

OK: Awesome creepy tone. Great use of sets and costumes here. The voice acting was very well executed. I love the Horror genre and you do forlorned justice to it with the promise and premise of this upcoming film. TMO needs more creative work like this. Keep up the good work.

I will not rate this as if it was a movie since it's just a preview. For me 3 stars is a maximum. Cool makeup on the killer. Makes me want to see more. The editing coould use a tweak here and there but you have time until you release the movie. Good job!

Definitely has potential! I enjoyed the moodiness of the opening scenes (no music, no dialogue... who'd have guessed!) Look forward to the real thing!

I'll be watching your studio and hope you put a full v. out. i saw your rateing on another guys movie, and i said i wouldn't ever ask for someone to rate my movie, but you gave him such good advice i was wondering if you would rate mine? Dax and the world of tomorrow.

'The Shine of Yellow Eyes (Test Demo)' looks like an intruiging chiller. The characters are all unigue and I can't wait to see them develop in the film. Stunning use of sound effects and excellent use of costumes and editing. Should be a promising spine-tingler!

Hard to decide how to rate a teaser, but it's got me interested so it accomplished its purpose.

Yes, it does indeed look intresting. I will take a closer look into your work later on then.
The errors in this trailer, you already know about, so I wont mention them.
I wont give a higher grade then 3 on a trailer, but preheaps more for the movie. It look promisingly
